Allen Service Company was the second one I called out of 5. I left a message for all of them. Got a call back but couldn't get to me until Monday evening. It's mid July in central Alabama. It's hot in this house. Well I set an appointment for Monday evening. Gonna have to leave work early. About the time I got off the phone from setting up my appointment it rang again. It's Allen Service Company and the young man is a life saver. He is on call and can be here in 20 minutes. He explained the service call charges and they were very reasonable, actually lower than the guy that can't get here until tomorrow evening. The technician shows up and within 5 minutes has the problem diagnosed. 15 minutes later my AC is up and running again. Figures up all the charges and I happily pay the man. I figured with it being Sunday it was going to be outrageously expensive, but no it was very reasonable. Did an awesome job. Checked everything else and all looked good. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Did I mention it is Sunday, mid July, central Alabama. It's hot. If you need anything done, give these folks a call. Repair, replace, new install.
