I asked the supervisor for a breakdown of the cost between labor and material. He said that they don't give a breakdown. They appear to be hiding their labor cost, which seems to be very high. Went outside looked at my unit bent down and touched the hoses and took a picture. Came back with paperwork and told me it was $530 when I told him that was way too expensive he had me sign paperwork I asked what was that for he said is acknowledging the problem is fixed and Said thst if I didn't want to pay he could take off the part and leave . Well I didn't want to freeze over the week end and figured I could talk to his supervisor and come to an agreement of some kind . Well I was wrong I have called Kip Nails supposedly he is the regional manager many times and he has not returned my calls . On my invoice which I received email after he had left . the technician added 265.00 for voltage rewire which he did not make me aware of or I didn't see him doing . If you must deal with this company have the technician send you the invoice before they leave don't leave them alone while they do the work and never pay them cash or with a check because the first thing they do is overcharge you then they cash your check and then they never return your calls .
