The shop owner suggested I buy a dress in my size from the online catalogue, then come back to try it on at a later date. I asked if I could return/exchange the dress if it didn't fit or I didn't like it, and was told "unfortunately no". I don't know too many people willing to buy a $300+ dress with no guarantee it will fit nor the opportunity to return it. Overall, this place sucked and so did the owner. 0/10 do not recommend.
