I imagine this is where the tag was placed for pickup, but if that's the case, it wasn't unpinned very thoughtfully, because the fabric around the hole is torn. First off, the process they use is simple and efficient. I've never had to wait long in line to drop off my stuff, and they'll shoot you a text when it's ready for pickup. I similarly have never had to wait long to pick up my clothes. I've mostly been to Tatum Cleaners for button-up dress shirts and blazers. And once to clean a rug. The amount of time it takes them to take care of business is reasonable, and the prices are reasonable. I've never ran into any issues. That's the type of experience you look for at a dry cleaners.

By the way the pants were purchased at Walmart and cost less than $15 each. What is an environmental fee, I was charged $9.98 for that. My entire bill came to $176.37 ARE THEY CRAZY? A year ago in Illinois I paid $10 per pair of jeans to shorten the hem length. No environmental fees. I could've replaced my old kenmore sewing machine for alot less and did the work myself. Live and learn. By the way the alteration costs aren't even disclosed on their website.
