You can improve the employees were nicer to the customers I went prom and Graduation shopping and this worker with brown curly hair with freckles she was like giving a face to us when we wanted to switch the dresses to try on because the limit was six as we asked to switch she gave a face and said no we can't switch dresses because there's already a long line and either way we couldn't try the other dresses because we ask to put them on hold but they ended up putting them back where they go and it just ruined the whole mood for the whole day with everything read more

With it being prom and promotion time of year the Mall was chaos and Windsor was at the epicenter. I've always liked Windsor for formal wear and purchased many dresses for my older daughter here over the years. Today we were shopping for my youngest daughter. They were so busy, but we're well stocked with tons of different options. I'm not a fan of the skimpy dresses these days and just don't understand, but hey to each their own. They have long and short styles as well as thicker sleeves instead of just spaghetti strap/strapless. The employees were on top of cleaning the dressing rooms and organizing the lines. Checkout line was just as long, but with multiple cashiers it went fairly quickly. Prices were affordable so that is also a plus. We left with a beautiful dress for under $50. Small store where everything seems to be clumsy. It will be mostly over crowded, not because of more people but due to small space of the store. But you will get prom and wedding party dresses which you won't find in any other store inside arrowhead mall. Little overpriced too. Macy's has comparatively better prices for similar kind of dresses. Recommended if you are looking for prom but otherwise not worth the quality and price. read more

Madison at Windsor arrowhead was extremely rude. She seemed upset that I was taking her away from her conversation with her coworkers where they were gossiping about some boy, to buy my dress and barely interacted with me. Snapped at me that the register was on the other side, despite not interacting with me. When I asked for her to check the price of the dress, politely might I add, as the tag doesn't clearly state it, she huffed and looked at the tag. She very rudely said "10 dollars" and rolled her eyes, as if it were obvious, however the dress was found in an area where I found dresses that were on sale but varying in price. This was my first time in this store and I can firmly say I will NOT be back. Someone needs training in customer service and a serious attitude check. read more

Return policy sucks. They'll say 30 days, then when you actually try to return within 30days, they say it's 2 weeks. What a joke. They don't tell you what's special occasion either so you can't return it. I didn't buy a special occasion dress, but Im just putting it here for the next person. Came in looking for a dress for a last minute wedding I was attending a few days ago. Was approached by a young lady "Annalisa" asking if I needed any help. She was amazing! She took her time with me and showed me dresses a would have never even thought of trying on. Super patient with me and did not make me feel like she was helping me just because it was her job. Offered to grab me different sizes and gave me her true honest opinion. Definitely cares more about her customer's satisfaction rather than making a sale. Started having great conversation and felt very connected and comfortable. Stayed by the fitting rooms so I could show her the dresses and did not wonder off. I have stopped by a few times recently with my sister to shop for prom dresses. I have to say, it's as any other store is but for the most part always disorganized. The staff is typically friendly when checking out. However, the cleanliness of this store is unacceptable. The dressing rooms floors and baseboards looked as though they hadn't been maintained in weeks. It's not a comfortable place to set your bag down let alone walk around barefoot and what not. read more

You wont find any low quality junk here; this is the prom/social event/faux wedding stuff, with sequins and tulle and lace galore. If I ever get married, I'll come look here before i ever hit the bridal shops. This is where the girls go before they hit the big chain dress departments. I use to love this place and came here multiple times in the past to get clothes for my sister. Sadly I went alone to look for prom dresses and found one that was a couple sizes too small. I was going to ask a work but she completely ignored me then walked away from me while I was waiting for her. Would not recommend! Purchased a dress and shoes for my girlfriend. Spend nearly $100 in which after we realize at home that the security tag was still left on. We tried to contact them but they did not answer our calls. We live 35 minutes away. We went back to the store to speak to the manager. She was very rude and said they didn't answer because it was busy. When entering the store, it wasn't busy. She did not apologize for the mistake and immediately told us to contact corporate. Manager is very unprofessional and no sense of customer service. read more

Customer service is awful. I asked the girl working there if I could get some shoe size's and I felt like I had asked for too much. She dreaded the walk to the back and bringing them. I was being friendly and really was looking forward to purchasing the shoes. I saw that the shoe I wanted were damaged and I told her what was wrong with it and all she said was that they were probably like that. I showed her the bigger size that wasn't damaged and said that they weren't like that. She didn't bother on going and looking for a new pair. She looked at the other girl in the counter with attitude and then they looked at me and one said "sorry". This has been one of the other few times I've gotten awful customer service there which is why I rate it 2 stars. read more
