She spent less than 30 seconds looking in my ears, mouth, and nose before randomly diagnosing me with a sinus infection (which I clearly didn't have) and sent me out the door with antibiotics. I KNEW that diagnosis didn't make sense, so I went to WellNow for a second opinion. They immediately told me it wasn't a sinus infection, stopped the unnecessary antibiotics, and actually took the time to run proper tests--like a stool sample sent to a lab. I cannot believe how careless this place was with my health. This wasn't just lazy--it was negligent. I strongly recommend you avoid this place if you actually care about getting real medical care.

The office is majorly busy and trying to get through the phone system to talk to a PERSON is on the magnitude of the parting of the Red Sea...and that is the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 on the star-scale. The Patient Portal records access and prescriptions management access has gone a long way to remediate the phone system complaint. The nurses there are great and are cheerful, helpful and supportive. The lab technicians are second to none: I have to watch them draw blood since I rarely feel anything when they draw it. Mosquitoes could learn a few tricks from these skillful people! I trust them with my life.

In the cast I went, baffled because I knew it was not broken, you would of thought maybe seeing me move my hands and wrist he would of doubled checked with the radiologist! As I left in a cast, I was given a fast pass to ortho for a new cast. Weekend plans were canceled due to this. Went to ortho 1st thing the following Monday, and was basically laughed at, they didn't see a fracture. As soon as I left ortho, I drove right to Well now asking to see the x-ray myself, They refused to show it to me. They made me fill out a grievance. Of course, I never heard from anybody until I started going in there every day telling them I want to be reimbursed for all my co payments. I kept hearing somebody will get back to me. Finally a week later a physicians assistant showed me the x-ray. She didn't see a fracture either because of my misdiagnosis I am out money! Not one person even apologized for making me wear a cast all weekend they refused to cover my ortho copayment, which I never needed to go to ortho to begin with. Never again!
