He found that 2 clogged water pipes were causing the leak. Not only did he clear the pipes and fix the issue, but he also removed a dead rat from the attic that we did not even know was there. He suggested adding a safety switch to the pipes to prevent future leaks, which was helpful advice. The service was fast, efficient, and professional.
