I was only 2 lbs off, it was 15 instead of 13 but what got me was the price had doubled!! I questioned the significant increase in price and got no explanation. I paid and left. Once I got home, I went over the receipt just to find out the clerk put in 14" in the dimensions instead of 4"!! So, I got grossly overcharged for a clerical error, grrr! After questioning the increase in price there is no reason this wasn't caught.
