The location is on Overland, cars passing by and their lawn guy was running the weed eater. I could not hear her. I assumed she was telling me that I couldn't park there, but I wasn't staying long. Again just wanted to look at the menu. So I turned my back and ignored her. She proceeded to take a picture of my license plates. Trying to converse with me from across the parking lot. The confrontation became heated. My behavior is not part of this review, but could have been better. Let's just say her behavior matched. Flipping me off and dropping the "F" bomb. I left and came back to speak with the owner thinking he would care what kind of image his employee was giving his company! Ron doesn't give a shit! Kudos for having his employees back, but pretty sure she doesn't pay his bills. I've never used this company and based on how I was treated I never will.

I was convinced the Business Select program was a great value, both for the price and the discounts it offers overall. I have already earned back the annual cost after only several discount purchases. The work I needed done was a custom printing of 7 pages, 200 copies, double sided, black and white. We needed them in less than a week and Office Depot delivered. My needs were met by Cassandra, the printing specialist (manager? - unsure of her exact title) and she was spectacular. She knew her products, her equipment, and her service capabilities, and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we got the best bang for our buck. In the end, I received exactly what I was looking for, received a call when they were ready, and they EVEN FOLDED THEM FOR ME! (which was not an ask but it was definitely a time-saver). Since then, I've gotten more quotes from her and will continue to visit this store and Cassandra as she is a special employee that goes above and beyond and deserves all the recognition she receives! Today was not one of my normal days so I googled closest FedEx near me and this joint pooped up. I have lived in this area for almost 10 years and never knew about this spot. We always just hit Winco, Home Depot and the food spots. I am really learning more about the store fronts in this center. Pulling up I almost missed it. It's a smaller store but I found me a nice front row parking spot and made my way in. There was a gal working behind the counter. She greeted me and asked what she could do for me. I told her about my packages and she got me squared away. I was also sending some important paperwork to the transplant hospital as well. I needed an envelope and postage. She guided me to the right envelope and got me taken care of. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. While I was writing the address on the envelope, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by all the fun, local things they had in the store. Local soaps, chapsticks, kitchen towels. It was all so fun to look at. I loved all the fun soaps they had. I could stay there for a while just to smell all of them. I guess this joint has been around for 20 years, crazy. I would have never known to today. This joint is 8 minutes from my house. It's so convenient to be able to drop off my packages without having to go downtown or by the mall. The associate was really kind and they had some fun goodies there. I know where I need to go now when I have any packages to be dropped off in the future.
