Excellent place! My…read moreson was having a lot of trouble with his 3D printer and was getting frustrated. He looked up this place for help and they were wonderful. Just off 434 and right near Cheers, it's a small shop - more akin to a workshop. It's covered in 3D printers and various filaments or models which were previously made. I'm sorry I cannot remember the name of the guy who helped us, but he was a hard worker. We were there for an hour give or take. During that hour, there must have been a dozen people who came in and out. With ease, he balanced everything and answered all the questions. Plus, he gave my son lots of tips on the little things which typically go wrong and easy ways to deal with issues. I don't think I'd trust any other place to fix a 3D printer. The employees were fast once I made it to the counter with my ginormous package. My box was almost as tall as me and I did struggle getting it inside. I would've appreciated some help making it inside and to the counter. I was the only customer & they could've helped imho. Once I made it to the counter, the man quickly scanned my QR code for return and a new label was placed on the original box. I was in and out in less than 5 mins.

Saturday, June 6, 2026 (Noonish) - I had three boxes of…read morereturns - each one from a different company. In my haste to make the returns before it got too late in the day, I failed to print the return shipping labels I needed, neither of the labels were the qr code kind in which the UPS Store can print them for you. As I was trying to figure out where I could print without going all the way back home, the gentleman let me know I could forward the labels to their designated email address, and he could print them for me. The fee was $2.50 for the initial service + $0.50 per printed page. In my situation, it was like "a ram in the bush". After expressing the utmost thanks, I was able to have each return shipping label printed. The customer service is normally good here, and today is was definitely giving great. The store was clean, organized, and cool [had a/c]. This is my preferred location, and today I was reminded why (one more time).
