This visit, I needed the back of my iPhone 16 replaced, so I booked an appointment for the Genius Bar and arrived a few minutes before. I was immediately greeted, they took my info, and sat me at a table. A few minutes later, another staff member arrived and went over what was going to happen. My phone was whisked away, and I sat and took in the atmosphere. They were giving classes on the main screen, which I found very interesting, and I learned things I never knew about my MacBook!
