I recently learned that this establishment is a Dropoff for Amazon packages you need to return. I love the convenience of this location. The employees were fast once I made it to the counter with my ginormous package. My box was almost as tall as me and I did struggle getting it inside. I would've appreciated some help making it inside and to the counter. I was the only customer & they could've helped imho. Once I made it to the counter, the man quickly scanned my QR code for return and a new label was placed on the original box. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. read more

The worst UPS store I have ever been to. Walked in to do a return for an item I purchased was told by the merchant to take my UPS bar code for the return to any UPS store and was told by the person there at the store, oh you need a box for it if you don't have one you need to buy one... no courteous help it was buy the box or you can't return it. Like seriously like I wasn't told that by the merchant what a waste in time and gas. The store is also a mess and dirty. Ugh I wish there was a way to review without stars cause they don't even deserve the 1 I had to place for them. read more

I called three times. First the customer service was supposed to send me an email for details on my package. Never got it. They then hung up on me. Then the automated service hung up on me. Then the call back call I was supposed to receive also ended as soon as they answered. Terrible customer service. Just terrible. Truly, one of the worst UPS stores I've ever been into. I went in to do a return, and it clearly says I could bring the barcode and they can scan it and they can print it out. It says in fine print. And when I went in, they scanned the barcode and said they could not print it out and then they wanted to charge me four dollars to print it out and I said no I'll go somewhere else. This is an excellent UPS Store... Earlier and few years ago we had Charlotte - manager- she knows me by heart... She is quick. Now, the person who owns, runs always has been fantastic and Outstanding- that's Bhavesh if i recollect...if not hope i spell his name correctly not in Asian Indian Thick accent. I rented a PO Box from this store for 3 months. @ $75..plus $5 for the key.. I attempted to change my address through the United States Postal Service since I no longer needed it. I was declined online.!! They stated this was a PRIVATE BUSINESS and your mail could not be forwarded! What?? So. I of course return my key and asked them...How do I forward my mail? Several options were given to me! The cheapest option...Pay them $25 to HOLD your mail and when you pick it up PAY ANOTHER $10... Nope! Stay away from places like this read more

Bobby, Charlotte Cheryl and Jay are great people who run this store doing business, yet keeping things personal, and they are knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate most any needs you have from a UPS store. I have been with this group for more than 9 years, and there is t any better ups store than this. I travel heavily domestically and international , have visited other UPS STORES FOR PRESSING NEEDS, yet there have not been any to compare to this great bunch of people. Stay with them. Charlotte is an excellant manager and as my wife and i traveled for several years, she would forward the mail to us at any time, and anywhere we happened to be, even on top of the Big Horn Mountains. Have not used many services offered but when I drop off packages it's less than a minute, and they are sure to give a receipt. Love it!

What can I say its your everyday UPS store. Service is good and you can drop off USPS packages for pick up in this location. Make sure you prepay for your postage if dropping off USPS packages for pick up because if you buy it there it will be much more expensive. They sell boxes and tape and basic shipping supplies as well as printing services again also very pricey. read more

FFFFF this place. I brought in a prepaid box with a shipping label on it, and the tape on top was not great so I said "it might need a piece of tape placed on top" and the guy at the counter said "I can place a piece of tape on it for $1. I can't speak highly enough about this place. We were shipping 9 boxes internationally, Cheryl was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Went there to ship out a prepaid return package. The manager processed the return the told me a I needed to pay for a 1 inch piece of tape and the cost would be $1.50. I had no money on me and there was a $5 minimum payment to use a credit card. I asked her if she could please just give me the inch for tape. She replied NO firmly stating company needs my $1.50 to cover costs of 1 inch of tape. I said the postal office would give that to me for free and has in the past. She said I should then go there. She has absolutely no customer service. I was asking about postal boxes and was considering using them. Forget about it. She and this UPS Store can do without my business and anyone else who believed customer service is dead in this business. read more

I totally hate this location. They will charge you three times the shipping amount as compared to other stores. To my biggest surprise they charge $15.00 for flat rate $5.00 USPS envelope. RIPp OFF REALLY.. how could you charge three times the amount on flat rate..aren't they flat rate for a reason...it's not that they deliver to USPS location, USPS picks mail for free even on UPS shipment other stores in the area charge almost 30%-40% less. one of the expensive UPS STORE OR JUST PLAIN GREED..U DECIDE NOT GOING THERE AGAIN read more
