OD is close and had a toner cartridge for a nice, online price. I went to the store and the cartridge was significantly more expensive. It'd probably be a wash when you add shipping for online, but they shouldn't be doing that. They have the store for a reason and it's cheaper to ship bulk. The sales people are always great at quickly matching the online price, but many folks might not realize to do that and it's also a way to kill the stores when people find out and get angry. The store prices should match the online price. Still, the store is handy and the people are always very helpful. It's the pricing that keeps it from a five-star review.

I went to the web site and checked and it was a computer I had rejected because it DID NOT have many of the features I had stated that I wanted; no backlit keyboard for one . . . AND it was more expensive! I went back this morning, 8am, and returned the computer. The normal morning crew that I usually deal with was on duty and one man returned it and checked his phone . He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store. 2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair. I'll add one back as I should have been paying better attention. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it. 5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for. Well he came back with a bit better pricing but then changed previously negotiated terms in the T&C's by adding back in a doc fee, a removal fee and that prices may change in the course of our agreement term. I would hope that Bob finds a way to make this right and stick to his initial deal with me and still provides the pricing he negotiated. I will send an update when all is said and done.
