    Missing bolts on splash guard

    I enjoyed the convenience of the buying process however I can't say this company provides a thorough service process on its cars. 7 days into my new car I've found incongruent bolts on my exhaust gasket causing rattling, bolts missing on my splash guard, front windshield was replaced but was not disclosed on reports. Minor things that cause confusion as to why a huge corporation would let that pass. All good, I understand that's the cost of doing business however, customer service only applies if you're looking to buy a car or you're within the 7 day return window. Anything outside of that is a "welp it's your problem now" kind of attitude. After speaking to corporate and Silver Rock - I approached their storefront just looking for a decent human conversation but it seemed as though I was bothering them with my presence/questions. Remember, this is not a full service dealership. They just sell cars. They're no different than a "buy here pay here" spot off the street.

    I recently purchased through Carvana, and wow! It was far easier than I thought it would be. I had heard some good, and some bad and decided to take a look at them. The offer that they made on my trade was more that fair. I was able to find the exact car that I wanted at a great price.. After some consideration, I decided to pull the trigger. It took about an hour total to complete the process and get through all of the purchase requirements. Document upload was very easy and the financing pre-approval was fast with only one hard pull to my credit, unlike standard dealers, which do several pulls through their various lenders. Carvana is very transparent about the fees and costs associated with purchase, including delivery charges, where applicable. That delivery charge is non refundable, but also gets applied to the cost of the car. A delivery date was set with a window of 3 hours, and the day before delivery I received a few final documents to e-sign which covered title transfer for my trade and other standard registration and proof of insurance documents. On delivery day, I received a call from the driver about 45 minutes prior to delivery to give me his eta and reverify the drop-off address. The driver showed up well within the delivery time window, and was professional and courteous. He unloaded the car, handed me the key fobs and asked me to take a look through the car to ensure that everything was in order. He asked if I wanted to take it for a drive prior to finalizing the transaction, which I declined. After an inspection of my trade to ensure everything looked good, he loaded it on his truck, had me sign a few digital acknowledgements and was on his way. This car buying experience is the type of thing that can finally rid the world of the standard dealership model with pushy, over-eager salesmen, condescending finance managers and hidden dealer fees. This was a great experience and I highly recommend giving Carvana a look for your next car purchase. For the record, i am receiving absolutely no compensation of any type for this review; I'm just extremely satisfied. The one critique that I have, if any is that I would like to see a few exterior pictures of the car in an outside, sunny environment. The white background on the turntable just doesn't do justice to some of the cars that have complex paint jobs, especially ones like mine.. It looks 100% better in real life than any of the pictures that I saw on the website.

She has limitations on comprehension of social and business dealings and suffers from severe anxiety. I help her in her affairs. She was brave enough to go into this Jacksonville, FL southside location, and was humiliated and denied an account because she could not express her needs. She was dismissed and told she was a scammer. She dialed me on the phone to assist and the representative was yelling at her to hang up the phone. I requested a local branch manager and a corporate manager call, me and no one returned my call. I sent an email to the CEO, Brent Lister and nothing. I called the branch manager Cori VanArsdale and finally got a call back. I explained the situation and was told she would get back to me. She has not! I really question if they have a bad apple in the rep that my sister encountered, or if this is a trickle down from management. As a past retired business owner my reputation in my industry was of great importance. Can you please all people? Certainly not. But there are consequences for action and in business, wrongs need to be made right. A simple apology and concern goes a long way. Train your people or get them out of servicing the public. Treat people with disabilities with some level of compassion.
