I came here recently for my free birthday scoop. The girl who helped me was super nice. She let me try a few flavors and when I couldn't decide, she offered to do half and half for me. She packed the ice cream nicely with a lid in a paper bag so I wasn't forced to rush through eating it as it melted. Then she wished me a good night and a happy birthday. My husband was waiting for me outside in the car and as soon as I climbed in I exclaimed, "wow, she was so nice!" What an amazingly pleasant experience! This will be my go-to BR in Long Island!

Not only was she helpful with that but she did a great job on the cake and refunded me five dollars for the price difference. On top of that Danielle also contacted me the following day to make sure the guys working when I picked up the cake did a good job and gave me the difference in price back.
