When I did retrieve my items, I discovered they had THROWN OUT my wedding Bouquet, and a WEDDING PRESENT!! When I contacted them about the missing items, and poor service, they were Rude and Arrogant to me about any apologies or reimbursements. ***In advance of the event, my husband contacted them to ask how much we needed to tip their staff, and were told that we DID NOT NEED TO TIP STAFF!! The staff advised me they were paid $25/hour period with ZERO ADDITIONAL TIPS. We were charged $95 per person @100 people, so where did the additional money go? Apparently to the owners and not the staff!!!*** When we did our trial event, they used gorgeous service plates that showed off the food. When we had our actual wedding reception, they used small ordinary white plates that looked terrible for the food. I would never use them nor recommend them to anyone.
