The seats were so putrid that I can't even tell you I don't know how the driver and his family or her family lived like that and it stunk and they didn't even shampoo it because they were waiting till I got there to give them money. So the Nigerian man said Oh we're not going to shampoo the seats because it's going to rain. As far as the gas goes he said you can drive the car one mile to the gas station and you can fill it up. The tire pressure was low and the tire pressure icon was coming on and blinking and they didn't check the tire pressure like I had asked them to do. Never go inside and sign papers and give them a check, before you go out and inspect the putrid stinky nasty car. So how the car 4 days and it started choking and I was in traffic three lanes of traffic in Suwanee and it kept choking and choking and I barely made it back to the hotel. So I had to take the car to a shop get it checked out and get it fixed It cost $467. I told them that because of the horrible service that they gave me, if they would pay for the repair I would call it even and I wouldn't report them on here but they said nope we don't do that. So I had to file a claim and pay $100 deductible to get that repair covered. Because they give you a 30-day warranty. I know there's more I just can't remember what it is but I have PTSD from going to that place. Steer clear of this place.

The second one he drove made him raise his eyebrows and smile. The third one, whew, he was like a kid in a candy store. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would almost say it was a low-pressure sales tag team. Our salesman was on point and humorous. The service department was knowledgeable and easygoing. The finance department was laid back and charismatic. The manager aka Boss was very approachable and easy to talk to. They all knew their jobs and they excelled greatly.
