Only downside is you can't negotiate pricing as you would at a dealership, but for all it offers plus cutting down on wasting time CarMax is the way to go. Also different locations seem to operate differently as I did not enjoy my experience at the Buford location. We also went to Gainesville which was a smooth and nice experience however I had the best experience at Norcross. After looking at several cars I chose the fully loaded 2024 Kia Sportage and I love my car! If you want a straight forward seamless experience. I would recommend CarMax.

They gave me the Auto Check report so I know there were no accidents. They also walked me through the different warranties. It took a while for me to get the loan from my credit union but that was not the fault of CarMax. Finalizing the paperwork took longer than expected but only 15 minutes longer. I really enjoyed the no hassle no surprise fees experience.

Like why the brakes needed flushing since March but I bought it in August. Didn't notice the warning cause they probably reset it over and over again so I got the warning after I already drove off the lot. I'm making the best of the car but the price compared to what it is was not fair and completely inflated. For that I cannot recommend this place and would not. Where I thought I was saving getting a used car I couldn't have spent the same and got it new. Just a no go. Oh and they added on gap coverage without asking as well. The vehicle had evidence of improper repairs, frame damage, rust, water intrusion, loose exterior trim that was falling off, and other mechanical and cosmetic problems that should have been identified before being offered for sale. It became clear that this was not the quality of vehicle that had been represented. When I contacted the dealership, getting assistance was frustrating. I experienced poor communication throughout the process, including sales representatives hanging up on me instead of addressing my concerns. Eventually, the dealership agreed to buy the vehicle back. However, I was disappointed to learn that the same vehicle is apparently being offered for sale again! The amount of time, stress, and inconvenience caused by selling a vehicle with undisclosed defects, and the difficulty I encountered trying to resolve the situation, means I cannot recommend doing business here.

The car wash i got based on the size of my car cost $35 bucks for full service an basics was and clean inside . You have to pay for a car wash in order to have the option for someone to vacuum and clean inside the car. $35 not worth the price cause the car still be kinda dirty after going thru the machine and then you have to add on anything extra you need like shine , buff , or interior. They have a waiting area inside an outside, well it use to be one outside under the picnic tables but now they build a area with chairs where you can sit . One thing i don't like about this place is if you want them to clean inside the car it's always two people who come to clean inside but then that means two different tips need to be left .
