My tires were still dirty as well as the inside. I asked ine of the ladies to clea something on the inside and she gave me a major attitude. Came for a car was early this morning and got the fully service. I expected them to be pack due to the fact it's the weekend and still pollen season but that was not the case i was in and out. The car wash i got based on the size of my car cost $35 bucks for full service an basics was and clean inside . You have to pay for a car wash in order to have the option for someone to vacuum and clean inside the car. $35 not worth the price cause the car still be kinda dirty after going thru the machine and then you have to add on anything extra you need like shine , buff , or interior. They have a waiting area inside an outside, well it use to be one outside under the picnic tables but now they build a area with chairs where you can sit . One thing i don't like about this place is if you want them to clean inside the car it's always two people who come to clean inside but then that means two different tips need to be left . read more

Favorite car wash! I have recommended MC Wash to numerous friends. I've been coming here for over 5 years now ever since my father told me about them. They have been pretty consistent all these years. I always get the full service, which is car wash and detail. Full service is $25, but $30 for SUVs or bigger. Very reasonable and I would even say cheap for the service you receive. You also have the option of self-service for less. The car wash itself is pretty efficient and leaves my car nice and clean. The staff is always polite. A team of two usually cleans my car. They take their time and are very thorough. They hardly miss a spot. They are so thorough that they have even found some items that went missing for months, including my friend's keys which I took apart my car for but never found! They placed it in one of my cup holders when they finished. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes. Wait time varies depending on day. Bring cash for tip(s). I always tip both attendants. Sometimes the second attendant will try to refuse tip if the first attendant did more work, but I insist. Honest people. There is a small outdoor waiting area with tables and benches and an even smaller waiting area indoor with heating and air. There is also a single gender neutral bathroom inside. Free WiFi available. The Master Car wash has terrible service after spending extra on shine I got the opposite. I got the full service in side and out the inside of my car was still dirty. No shine on tires just horrible. Good thing it was a manager there to come out and do the job his employees didn't do. When it comes to picking a service you are better off doing it yourself. This car wash comes highly recommended, even with my 4 star rating. The reason why I had to knock a star off is because of the wait at times. They have a full service detail for $25 and it seems like you get the most bang for your buck. Some time they need to have more people waiting since this seems to be one of the most popular options they offer. I also knocked a star off because even with the full service $25 detail; if you want Rain you have to pay an extra $2 for it. Boooooo. Everything should be included in the full service offer but whatever. I digress. Now, on to the good stuff. The actual ride through car wash does my Crossover really well. It gets the dirt off the bumper and surrounding areas then with a little more TLC my car is like new again. Made it just in time to catch their Early Bird Special of $5 basic wash. It's only during Monday-Friday 8am-11am. Their other services they offer are pretty reasonable. When they're busy some of the bays will fill up pretty fast so prepare to wait if you're in a hurry. They do offer full service detail for a exterior and interior cleaning. While you wait they also have an outside waiting area. Some of the bays don't have good vacuums but if you're a regular you'll know which ones to go to and not go to. read more

If there's one thing I can say about this play, is that it's reliable. They are always consistent with their cleanings and washes and have never left me disappointed. There's normally 3/4 stations for full service washes and one or two for tire shine. The prices are pretty reasonable compared to what I've paid in the past. Okay Car Wash... This was the most thorough drive-through car wash I have ever been to! It was quick and convenient, you pull up and pay just like you would at the gas pumps. The attendant makes sure your car is set on the track and reminds you of the rules before your car goes in. Various soaps, rinse, and brushes whirl by as your car is cleaned, finishing with a blast of air to quickly dry your vehicle. I knocked a star off because they went up on the prices for the full service for SUV/VAN. I also knocked another star off because the owner was neither friendly nor helpful. No stars if I could, I used to love coming here, today after coming out of the car wash there was a construction helmet stuck underneath my car, instead of even taking a look to help me get it out the manager screamed at me and said no leave. Another couple of customers went into the wash and came out with scratches all over their car. They also got yelled at and was told they got the scratches elsewhere. One of his employees ended up helping me get it off and luckily we did. Not sure if there are any damages underneath but I will not be back here. I have used Master Car Wash regularly for years, but today's visit will be my last. It was extremely busy and it seemed as if they were rushing cars through the car wash. After my car was washed, it looked worse than it had when I arrived. There were soap spots all over it and it had not been cleaned properly on the right side of the vehicle, the hood and rear. I went inside to discuss the issue and expected they would send it back through, but instead the owner was extremely rude. She didn't go outside to look at my vehicle. She told me that it is a machine service that has limited capabilities, that my car must have been really dirty and that I need to hand wash it. I explained how unhappy I was with the service, but she did not offer a refund, another wash or an apology. I went down the street to Mr. Clean car wash on Jimmy Carter and paid to have my car washed again. I have been going here for a few years and never had any issues until today. I purchased full service and paid $35 for my SUV at the kiosk which is posted and what I expected to pay.. I proceeded to the drive thru and the manager came out and told me that I had to pay an extra $5 because my SUV had 3 rows of seats. Of course I hesitated, my car is the same size on the outside, but I paid him the extra $5 thinking that this was an incentive for the workers that actually detailed the inside. The workers who are all Latino do a good job and I always give them a generous tip for their work. I asked one of the workers if they got extra for SUVs with 3 rows of seats and he told me no. Terrible carwash and customer service !!!! So They close at 8 and also blocked the entrance to get into the carwash. So right at 8pm they shut everything down in the middle of me and other people who were still wiping and vacuuming our vehicles. The workers was like well we close at 8 so other people should know when we close and everything shuts down. So me and this other guy brought to his attention that we understand y'all close at 8pm but if y'all have the roads blocked out and y'all see people still vacuuming and wiping their vehicles then y'all could at least of the courtesy to Allow the people to finish what they paid for since customers can't even pull into the wash. It was Only 4 or 5 vehicles left that was in the middle of vacuuming and wiping their vehicles and they just shut it all off exactly at 8pm. Wasn't nice enough to allow us to finish what we paid for. I will definitely not spend my money here any more. The other Customers were highly upset too. It's really common courtesy to allow the last bit of customers to finish cleaning their vehicles in my opinion. BUT seeing how they spiked up their prices to match other car washes.. it is now $5 even for a standard wash. nothing really special here. the procedure's pretty quick; if they're not busy, of course. they're usually only busy during the afternoon to evenings during the summer and spring. there are times when the weather is sunny and breezy that the place becomes easily packed. anyways, you drive your car in the direction of the arrows (painted on the floor) and pay at the machine. it'll ask you what option you would like. I can't recall them.. but they're basic options like wash only, wash and oil shine.. etc. you can pay by card or cash. sometimes there will be a person (who can't speak English) by the machine to assist you. ironic, I know. then.. the rest is pretty much self explanatory. you follow the arrows again then you'll see a board before entering that'll give you instructions. there will also be a guy that will direct and signal you on what to do. vacuums have strong suction power AND they're free. like I said before though, you're better off getting your car washed elsewhere for the same price. you'll end up having better atmosphere, shorter waits, people who can speak English, cleaner environment, etc. at other competing car washes read more

This is probably the best equipped drive thru carwash I have ever been. It is located at the part of town with many immigrants. The rotator is powerful. One of my side mirror got turned a 90 degree. :-) They have free vac. Plus, they've got the hand held dust blower to blow the dust from the hard to reach area that I used to use old tooth brush for. It's even got free WiFi near the restroom. All that DIY show room clean for $5. Nice. It has an Early bird special of $3 from Mon- Thursday, 8-11am. My tip for DIYer is spray the wheel cleaner before drive out here. After the clean, drive home for the waxing and doing the final touches. Wait. $25 for full package!? This is the worst palce possible to go to get your car washed. I paid for full service for a car and got the extra additions which brought my total to $37. After going thru the drive thru car wash I parked on the side to get my car detailed. I waited for an hour and noticed that cars that cam after me were getting their car done. I went into the office and asked the manager (I asked for is name and he stated that his name was Harry however I do not belives that that was his name) what was taking so long to get my car done and he rudely dissmissed me and then told me to wait. I tried to explain to him that I had been waiting for an hour and cars came after me and got their cars done and my car still had not been touched. He then told me that I parked in the wrong spot. However, there was no sign directing people where to park. After that he waived me off dismissively and promted someone to look at my car. A customer who overheard the issue stepped in and offered to move her car so that my car could get seviced. By this time the manager had already left. In conclusion, do not come here. When I came to the self-service area, I nicely asked an employee for a towel so I can wipe the soap suds off of my mirrors, and he said "That'll be $4." WHAT!? $4 to "borrow" a dirty towel to wipe something the car wash should have rinsed off in the first place? Not only does the car wash do a great job on your car, they have new FREE vacuums that can suck a golf ball through a garden hose!!! The manager, Tim, worked on getting adhesive residue off my Cadillac that had been baked on over a year. He did a GREAT job removing the adhesive and was careful not to damage the paint or the rubber seal!!! Yesterday this car wash BROKE my right side door mirror and I even didn't hear "sorry"!!! I drive BMW, I think so everyone can imagine how much it is going to cost me to fix it?!!! I pulled into tunnel wash with closed door mirrors and when I had to pull out from the tunnel my right side door mirror over oped. Can you imagine how dangerous to drive with broken side mirror?!!! As soon as I parked,I tried to adjust it, but it was broken. I found a manager, I explained what happened, he tried to do the same adjusting what I have done, and he went to the office to watch video "how to fix my mirror ". If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner is probably the most unprofessional, rudest person i have ever come across. He lacks not only customer service skills but basic human skills. After being involved in a serious car accident I was injured and pulled into the parking lot here to wait for the police to show. The owner comes in behind me and the lady who hit me and starts screaming at us to get off his " private property " I tried to explain, calmly that I was seriously hurt, and I needed to wait for the cops to show and he didn't care and started to get loud, and then started to SCREAM at me to leave. The service was incredibly slow, cars were NOT done in the order in which they arrived - apparently a full detail takes precedence over a full service wash. I had to keep getting the owner to keep the cleaners from starting other cars that arrived long after mine. I asked for $10.00 as a tip and my card was charged $100! When I brought it to the manager's attention, HE LAUGHED saying he can't see. I am on my way out of town and now I have a $100 charge on my card that I have to wait to be returned to my card. When I asked again why did he think it was funny and was that good customer service, he just kept laughing and saying "sorry I can't see". Then you don't need to work a register! Quick and easy - the key is coming at the right time. I've seen some complaints about - waiting your turn. Lessons from kindergarten! Very efficient and so much cheaper than I pay in town for less. I bought the full service wash - which should have included everything: outside wash, interior cleaning, tire cleaning, etc. They did a good job of cleaning my interior - vacuuming and wiping the interior down and my wheels and tires look good. Unfortunately they did nothing to the outside of my car. I have a Toyota FJ which has a white top - it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned - not even wiped off. When I pointed this out to the woman who told me my car was done, she stated, "Oh we can't do that - that's detail work; you'll have to take it somewhere else if you want that cleaned." Takeaway: the $5 quick wash (automatic wash) might be worth the $5 bucks (it comes with a free vacuum), but the $25 "full service" - isn't. It isn't full service and it isn't worth the $25 bucks. It's basically the $5 deal (the automatic wash and free vaccuum) plus a tire/wheel shine. Would definitely not recommend this place. read more
