My wife and I use this medical practice. We have for years. Very competent staff. I highly recommend considering using them.

Let me start by saying that Dr Polanco and Andrea are amazing! They provide high quality care and…read moretruly want the best for their patients. I'm in awe every time I'm fortunate enough to see them by how much passion they show in their jobs. Trying to get in touch with somebody on the phone - good luck. I have been charged for a no show appointment twice. Each time, I've tried leaving a voicemail to cancel or reschedule and nobody listened to them or returned my call. Thankfully, they were able to remove the charge given the situation, which was nice, but still. To avoid this situation, I don't know why someone there can't just pick up the phone. I'm not too pleased with the demeanor or professionalism of the front desk staff. Every time I walk in for my appointments, all I'm given is "Name?" No kind of greeting, smile or anything. It almost seems like I'm a problem for them to come in for my appointments, which is why I usually try to just do telehealth unless something comes up where I'm NEEDED to go in office. When leaving, I avoid having to speak with check out by just requesting a follow up visit on the app. I've stopped trying to schedule in office at checkout because I get the same demeanor and unprofessionalism as check in. In conclusion, my providers are amazing, but the office staff is terrible. This is a medical office and it's absurd that NOBODY answers the phone or calls you back. You have to be very lucky to get in contact with someone.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism over 10 years ago in my home country. At the time, I was…read moreoverweight and experiencing all the symptoms hypothyroidism causes in women. Once I began medication, my body regulated itself and my hormonal issue improved; I lost over 50 kilograms without surgery--simply through proper treatment. While taking my medication, my weight and health remained stable for more than eight years. I haven't had access to my medication for the past 10 months; during this time, I have gained weight rapidly, and the symptoms that had previously disappeared have returned. I have spent all of 2026 seeking help and came to this center hoping to receive treatment, but that did not happen. Dr. Polanco saw photos of me from December 2025 and was shocked by my physical transformation and the amount of weight I had gained in such a short time. I also showed her the most recent thyroid ultrasound from my home country, which documented my condition--specifically, that my thyroid has nodules and a goiter. She recorded this medical information in my chart but did not perform a new ultrasound to assess the current anatomical state of my thyroid. She ordered lab tests, and I must say it was the worst experience I've ever had; the lab technician injured my arm so severely that a massive hematoma developed. It lasted over two weeks and caused such intense pain that I couldn't move my arm. I returned to the clinic and showed both the technician and the doctor what had happened, but I didn't receive appropriate care--they dismissed the issue. This forced me to go to the emergency room because the pain was severe and the hematoma kept growing. Ultimately, I received no treatment; I continue to gain weight and suffer from symptoms that affect my quality of life, such as tachycardia and chronic insomnia. I came to this center seeking help but was met only with high bills and terrible care. There are chronic illnesses that can be treated early on, but unfortunately, medical and healthcare system bureaucracy fails to provide timely care until the condition finally worsens; this is truly sad and disheartening. I do not recommend this clinic at all. I have photographic evidence of my arm.
