I gave them my original sketches and ideas; they ended up building something way better than I had envisioned. A few things that really stood out: * Pro-active Communication: I was never left wondering what the next step was; they kept me in the loop the entire time. * On-Time & Reliable: The crew was punctual and stayed on schedule (even on those very cold days), which is rare to find. * High-End Craftsmanship: You can tell they take pride in the details. The build quality is top-notch and feels incredibly solid. If you're looking for a team that's easy to work with and delivers exactly what they promise (and then some), I can't recommend them enough.

Our financial situation changed and we were not able to build a deck at that time. Fast-forward to three years of additional savings and we called the same company again. From the very moment that I said my name, they said "hello Mrs. Dodder, good to hear from you and thank you for calling us, do you have the same project in mind?" And they immediately pulled up our project plans and everything that we had proposed three years prior with not a moments hesitation. And honored similar pricing. I was so impressed I knew right then and there we had to stick with this company! From Parker coordinating plans to Christopher Severino still remembering us, Antonio Alvarado the project manager being so incredibly helpful, patient and ever-available to help us with every detail throughout the project, he was masterful. Our incredible crew that felt like family through the process- the kids called Oscar Spiderman because he is so agile climbing up on everything! Adán making his precision cuts, and José with his infallible craftsmanship and attention to detail. Truly a kindhearted crew with a dedicated highest-standard work ethic. We could not have been more pleased to have worked with this company and are truly so thankful to have chosen them. The deck is like an extension of our living space and we are so so pleased how every aspect of this project was completed, they really went above and beyond!

He was quick, responsive, and diligent in his efforts to make sure we were fully on the same page before getting things started. Along the way Lyle and Dylan were both helpful if ever needed and jumped at any chance to help if needed. Daniel, our project manager and main contact once the construction began was constantly keepings us updated on progress, permits, timeline, and upcoming plans. I envisioned a screened section, an open section with a roof, and a small, open area for grilling. Additionally, I wanted a set of double windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, as well as the replacement of an old backdoor and storm door. Throughout the entire process, the ERS team proved to be an exceptional team to work with. Dylan and Coz diligently helped bring my ideas to life and designed the deck of my dreams. Daniel and his team then brought the design to life, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations at every step. Lyle, Dylan, and Coz regularly checked in to ensure my satisfaction throughout the project. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had, making this experience far exceed my expectations. I highly recommend the ERS team for any deck construction project.

This company is very small and does not have the capacity, talent, experience, expertise, and bandwidth to handle projects larger than one bathroom remodel. I do believe and hope they can handle very small projects but nothing more. They certainly failed us miserably. Because of their size & staffing, Rodas Constriction LLC lack basic structure, organization, communication, discipline, order and quality. Forget about customer service. For example, I visited my house four times during the renovation process. I found windows fully "open", doors unlocked and the air conditioning or heaters on without anyone present. This led to leaks and moisture penetrating various parts of the house afterward. I communicated these issues to Rodas ownership every time without a favorable result. Nothing changed. In fact, Rodas ownership did not accept responsibility and continued their work. Although small, Rodas ownership is "unusually" arrogant and will never admit to wrongdoings, will never accept accountability and will never own they are being negligent. On top of the mismanagement, negligence, and disorganization, the most important problem was that Didier Enrique Rodas and his company, Rodas Construction LLC, failed to apply for and secure construction permits for the structural work as well as permits for plumbing, electrical and other work they had performed. They didn't get the permits to save money and to avoid to doing their work legally, appropriately, and effectively. This act of non-compliance is against all rules and regulations. And...once you pay Rodas Construction LLC in full, they will forever ignore and avoid your issues and requests. They certainly did for us. We still have several exposed drywall openings they had created and don't want to fix. Rodas Construction LLC is very small company with only a handful of employees. But with their VERY small size, they do have a Director of Marketing who amongst other soliciting activities, he manages social media work. Strange...right? For example, this marketing director will soon respond to this post with an elaborate list of excuses for having failed a client who had paid them in FULL. He is the person who responds to all of my complaints to Didier Enrique Rodas. This company will never accept accountability for its faults, wrongdoings and they will NEVER fix issues they had caused. I can write many pages on the issues I had faced with Rodas Construction LLC. Aforementioned remarks are high level insights so consumers are aware. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS! I do take responsibility for trusting and selecting Rodas Construction LLC. I should have known better. I was desperate. But do your research, check multiple references and do NOT pay anyone especially the people until you are 100% certain about the quality of the work.

They worked outdoors in the cold and rain to get it done, and in the end I got what exactly what I wanted from the project. My dealings with the administration side of things, on the other hand, left a sour taste in my mouth. They were slow to respond to my initial requests for a quote, and when we finally did connect they acted like I was born yesterday. Their quote was the highest out of all of the companies I had contacted, and I got the "let me talk to my boss" line more than once. I wound up going with them anyway because they were willing to match the lowest offer from another company. When it came time to do the painting they sent one guy. He did good work, but it was really a two man job and he was out there all day. I suspect they just didn't want to pay for a second worker. There was also a miscommunication regarding the back side of the deck stairs, which wouldn't normally be stained but I still wanted done for anesthetic reasons. They tried to sell me on the idea of taking the entire stairway apart to do this. I had to insist that they only do the painting, and they eventually did, but the red flag here should be obvious: More work means more money.
