Food very bland, drinks were good and large but service short handed. Will not return as there are many other options in the area.

Friendly staff greeted us as we walked in. The waiter promptly arrived and brought chips and the house salsa to our table, and most of them were broken and looks like they took from the bottom of the barrel. The salsa bar was a nice addition so you could have various flavors. We ordered a regular and watermelon margaritas and they were not good, no taste of tequila at all. I was surprised at this since other reviews said great drinks. So far two strikes against them. I was starting to regret coming here since there are many good Mexican places in town, but things changed quickly. Our second basket of chips was much better, and once we received our food orders I was very pleased. I ordered Chili Rellenos and they were fantastic, much better than I've had in many other places. My wife ordered the 4 enchiladas platter and it was beautiful, plenty of chicken and fillings, with tasty sauces on each type. It was so big the rice and beans had to come on a separate plate. I normally prefer refried beans over the rice for side dishes, but that rice was very flavorful which was surprising to me since most are bland. My son had the seafood burrito and he said it was very good with a lot of seafood. It filled him up, which is an accomplishment in itself. All the portions were large and prices were very reasonable. Our waiter provided great service. He didn't speak English very well but no points were taken off for that. He knew enough to do his job. Their health scores were also very high, which was why we chose this place over others in the area we normally chose in the past. I would rank this place up there against any of the other local Mexican restaurants and hope they do well. At the time of our visit, the Ingles in Cashiers had coupons on the back of the receipt, so you can save a few bucks on the already very reasonable prices there.

We saw they had food too, mostly tapas style; but pretty extensive, so we ordered a few appetizers to share as well. We ordered the edamame which had truffle salt and soy sauce spices. It was a little messy, but really good, and a great deal at $7. We also ordered the bacon-wrapped scallops, ($15). There was a sweet Thai bourbon sauce on those; and the reviews were mixed. My sister thought they were too sweet and my daughter's boyfriend and my husband thought they were delicious! Although they do have a full bar; we only ordered beer & wine. The two wines ordered at the table were Old Soul Pinot Noir and a Sauvignon Blanc. Again prices were good at $7. Three of us had beer; Miller Lite & Michelob Ultra for just a few bucks each. Our visit was at 5:30 on a Friday and the place was just starting to fill up. They had limited seating due to the covid pandemic and there were tables, high tops, the bar area plus a patio. It was chilly on our visit, but there was a group on the patio taking advantage of the cool weather with the tower heater. There only appeared to be 2 employees out front; the bartender & one server.....they both did their best to keep up with orders as the place became busier and busier. I really liked this place & it has a great location right on the main highway. The prices were good and there were many options for eating and drinking with very affordable prices.

We were in and our in less than 30 minutes (but never rushed) and was waited on every second from refills and quick food. The Resturant seems family owned and operated and everyone was super nice. The service is friendly, the prices are low, but most importantly, the food is delicious! The mild salsa on the table was some of the best ever. I ordered the arroz con pollo and paid only $1 extra for veggies added in (broccoli, zucchini, peppers, onions, and tomatoes) and it put the taste over the top! And my order still was under $10! The kids meals were very reasonable (less than $5 each) and a good portion of yummy food. My husband had the fajitas, and was impressed by how much meat was there, instead of just fluffing it up with tons of onions like some places do. We all ate well and were pleased with our meals. I can't wait to get back to Rosman and eat here again! Check it out :D
