Portabella Caprese. Very flavorful and popular. Everyone around me had it as well.

Was very pleased with this find. You feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere and happen on a great tapas-style menu. I started with portabella caprese. Heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella inside a portabella cap with basil and balsamic glaze. Followed with nice ribs dish then the molten lava cake. Nice array of wines and beers. This is a treasure away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Anna behind the bar was a fantastic host.

We went in here for dinner this week. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the waitress was very attentive and prompt. We had the tuna, quesadilla, and egg roll appetizer. Everything was excellent. I really enjoyed the appetizer. It was beautifully plated as well. The atmosphere was upscale casual, and it was quite comfortable there.

Accommodating small place to eat in the mountains, the menu is limited and a little pricey nonetheless a great place to hang out and eat. Try the tapas and pork bellies, portions are small (smallest quesadilla I've seen) which may be a good thing or bad depending who you ask.

The tapas menu here is da bomb! We ordered the grilled cheese roll ups and Mexican street corn (and some wine of course). The grilled cheese roll ups had 10/10 "mouth feel" aka just crispy enough on the outside with gooey cheese on the inside and dipped in the tomato soup was just perfect. The Mexican street corn was tasty and we were amazed at how much lime flavor was in this corn. So good! We will be returning for Tater Tot Nachos before the end of our trip. Mmmmm.

Bacon wrapped scallops were great. Appears to be a good happy hour hangout. Lots of locals. Warm ambience, friendly staff.

Since we yet outside in the front you get the pretty view of Lake Toxaway! We started with the bruschetta appetizer, and it came out quickly. It was so fresh and flavorful that we were honestly surprised at how delicious it was. We loved it so much we decided to try the crab cakes too, and those did not disappoint either. For mains, my husband had the chicken and waffles and absolutely loved it. I ordered the honey bourbon roasted chicken thighs, and they were incredible, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Between the great food, dog friendly atmosphere, and perfect outdoor seating, we cannot recommend Grand Olde Station enough!
