Casa Bella and Junior to the rescue! We had booked a different venue and for permit reasons the venue had to shut down a month before our event. Scramble time for us, fortunately the first call we made was to Casa Bella. The lady who helped us book a tour with Junior Rodriguez, was super helpful and nice. We then met Junior and from the instant we met him, his customer service was BAR NONE! Not only his customer service, but him going above and beyond for us. Made it absolutely easy for us to choose Casa Bella. Junior felt like he was part of our family, that's how detailed he was with us making sure we were going to be 100% satisfied with everything. Mari, his assistant is an amazing person, very helpful and made sure my wife didn't have to worry about anything during our event. She was on it!!! The entire staff, bar service, clean up crew were all amazing. Luis our bartender was on it with our guest, very classy and polite. Came to us with any questions about the serving amount and at the end he made sure to pack up any left over alcohol and offered to loaded for us. We recently had our wedding at casa Bella on March 2nd, 2019. Since the very beginning we were treated with such kindness and they were very professional (which is very important to me). At first we had book with a different manager and she was fabulous and for personal reason she left and we got Carlos. And honestly, we were so lucky to have him! This is the best wedding and event hall I found! I was looking for a place with a beautiful name, look, and budget friendly prices! This was was a God send for me and my husband, after looking from place to place and getting quotes there was no better option for us! The customer and guest service was better than I had expected, they allowed us to bring in our own alcohol, and pizza for the kids! I honestly didn't even have to decorate because my florist did enough with her beautiful magical touch, we got the silver package that included everything from tables, chairs, security, bar tender, and plated services!!! I made a contract here with Karla & I couldn't have been any more happier with the service they provided!! Had my wedding here and you cant but fall in love with this banquet facility. So a week before my wedding I got cancelled on my reception I La puente and you can only imagine how crazy I was going I finally found this place and spoke to Ivette over the phone and she was available after hours so I can see the hall and she was able to talk to her boss and work something out for me since I had everything already but there packages are a decent price. I had my wedding here in November. We had 200 guests (max is about 300). The facility was perfect!! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully to where you don't need much to spruce it up. Carlos is the event manager for this facility, and he was so great to work with! Very easy to communicate with, and always answered any crazy question I had at any time leading up to the wedding. The catered food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. The whole process from booking to the day of, and finally closing up the contract was such a breeze. DO NOT HAVE AN EVENT HERE. Recently spent $3,549 for renting this venue and $5,000 on decorations here for a week-night event(Sangeet) at Casa De Lago. The venue itself is nice but the staff and management of this venue are HORRIBLE. Couple of things I will share from my experience: 1) Security Harassed and searched all my guest's bags as they entered the venue. (Completely ruined the classiness of our event and was not mentioned when we signed contract) 2) The Staff had not prepared the plates, buffet tables and completely ignored the timeline of the event we had laid out. 3) We had paid for a hosted bar where we would supply the bar with alcohol to serve and the unused bottles were to be returned at the end of the night. THE STAFF HAD NO INTENTIONS OF RETURNING ANY OF THE HIGH END BOTTLES AND FRANKLY STOLE THE HIGH END BOTTLES AND TOLD US THEY RAN OUT. At the end of the night we saw the staff had hidden some bottles into a back room by the bar. 4) Staff harassed our caterer with locations for his setup. Overall I believe this venue is not suited for any kind of cultural event other then Quinceaneras. If you are south asian and like myself have planned to have a classy event, then you should avoid any of the venues that fall under this management. read more

My parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary this past Friday 5/31. They never got to have a real wedding and to see them all dressed up, happy and having a great time was priceless. Their vision for their reception was better than expected! Carlos helped my parents have an unforgettable and beautiful reception. He understood and accommodated their needs and made sure their special day was without issues! The quality of food was great which was very important to us. We were very pleased with the food, fruit table, chocolate fountain, coffee bar, and Carlos even stepped in and worked the bar for the night when his bartender had to leave to another venue under emergency circumstances. Worst experience! I got this venue for my wedding. This venue offers this offer if you visit all locations you get free coffee or other things. So we did we decided to get the free coffee. Fast forward to wedding day we didn't get the free coffee. Waiters were so thirsty taking all my party favors from the empty tables for them to keep. Trying to take my centerpieces for themselves. I also ordered Chick-fil-A for the kids they did not serve all of them and turns out it "ran out" I go inside the kitchen they had plates covered with food "to go" for them. What type of business is this. Be aware after the food ends you don't get to take the leftover food you paid for they "throw it away" but in reality the waiters take it home. So any guest that doesn't arrive during that dinner time will not eat. We paid for a service that was not cheap at all for them to do this to us. I had my reception here in December on a Sunday. The bartender was amazing, the food was so good and the set up was beautiful. I worked with both Tony and Karla (Mostly Karla at the end) and both of them were very helpful. Payment options were easy to deal with and the price of the location was incredible for how beautiful it was. The staff was very friendly the entire time, even when one of my guests broke the rules by bringing in their own alcohol. They took it away without making a scene or bring it to my attention. On October 27, 2018 I married the love of my life. We were very fortunate to have found this venue to celebrate our Wedding. We worked with Yvette in the beginning and she was super friendly and informative. As we got closer to our wedding we started working with Carlos, who was also very nice and friendly. Carlos made sure to accommodate us and was very approachable when we would ask for his advise. The day of the event went great.
