Have eaten at Casa Bella on one other occasion and had a fairly good experience but last nights dinner disappointed mostly due to service. our Waiter approached our table in an absolutely filthy apron and this was early in the evening so we had to have been either his first or second seating. One guest had a napkin with a hole in it. Server then proceeded to pour waters for the table spilling the first one all over our guest leg and foot with hardly an apology. He had the worst attitude during the entire service. During visit we had to swat away some type of small black flying bug. Veal piccata's and Veal Marsala was good but the Lasagna was not enjoyed by guest. Cream Brulees were very good.

Was on a date and decided last minute to try this place based on yelp. The place is so cool and inviting. Old house with some really cool fixtures in the bathroom. Maria our server was amazing and everyone who came to the table froze water to the manager was on time. It took a little long for the food but, fresh and worth the wait!! Worth the money also. I will be back and it was a great experience. I Love dining spots like this. You must try it. The homemade dessert was awesome. Even walking outside the vines and front was so cool. I will be back. All of the rooms were set up as dining areas. I did feel "something" when there. I would love to know the history of his house.

The service was quite good but the chicken picatta was completely flavorless as if it were missing ingredients..

OK food. Decent service. Good desserts. Great venue. Nothing to write home about otherwise. There are better options in town.

Outstanding service. Our meals were fabulous with great portions. Homemade meatballs were to die for. My first choice when I visit Aiken.

If you are an Olive Garden/Carrabas Italian good person this is not the place for you. The service was great and yes it did take a bit for the food but these dishes were not quick simple meals. Start to finish we left with full bellies and full hearts. We started with the grilled octopus which is usually something I don't go for but it was mouth watering goodness. We had two pasta dishes, the Bucatini All' Amatriciana and the Paccheri Beef Bolognese. The bucatini had some spice but the Italian sausage and all the flavors made me dream of this pasta. The Paccheri was a classic and just everything you could want. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later to try even more dishes!

Hostess to waitstaff wore welcoming smiles and were eager to serve. The fresh bread was delicious, sparkling water refreshing and both were replenished without hesitation. Like reviews I read before starting this one I had to agree that the menu was restricted to fine Italian dining therefore a bit pricey. So, like other excellent restaurants in our area, some of us probably wouldn't choose it except for special occasions. That's not so bad, is it? It is worth noting that there is a well stocked bar with an experienced mixologist. Better than that, Veal Parmigiana on the menu. We made use of the crayon on our table to do self portraits which was fun. That's what it is about, fun, right?

Review response: Wow…read moreCliff, your response speaks volumes as to your loyalty to customers you know have been loyal to you. You don't get to change the narrative. If you were to review the video of our transaction last night, you would have quickly noticed, my husband had no reason to hide anything. We were not aware of your strict policies of bringing in anything from the outside and would not have done it if it had not been for a medical emergency. We didn't call ADA, just called you out for the rude way voiced your request. A video review and customers in your establishment can quickly confirm my husband put the can down on your counter when speaking with your hostess and only picked it up to sit and wait for a table to be cleaned. You then proceeded tell us to leave, you did not accept outside trash and you sold refreshments there. I would have had much more respect if you could have genuinely apologized for the error, which despite your claim, is not what you did yesterday or in your response below. Thank you for your input. Original review: We overlooked poor customer service for years because we loved the pizza at Apizza Di Napoli. Last night changed that. My husband is a Type 1 diabetic and his blood sugar was 70 and dropping rapidly just before leaving forthe restaurant. He drank a Sprite while I drove us to treat the low, and to provide time to be seated and to order food while avoiding a medical emergency. We unfortunately brought the can inside with him. Even after we explained the medical situation, the owner refused to let us enter or seat us with the can, which was now empty as there was a wait to be seated, and showed no compassion or understanding. In fact, he was downright rude about it. We were weekly customers, ordering take out so frequently that they didn't have to ask our name when we picked it up but after this experience, we won't be back. Great pizza doesn't make up for poor treatment of loyal customers.

If you've never had authentic Northeast-style pizza, or if you're from up north and have been craving a real slice of home, you owe it to yourself to give Antonio's Italian Eatery a try. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We were seated quickly, our server was friendly, and everything about the experience made us feel at home. The décor even reminded me of the neighborhood pizzerias I grew up with in Connecticut. The best part? My mom, my dad, and my son all agreed this was the best meal we've had since moving here. That's about as high a compliment as I can give. Antonio's has officially become our go-to spot, and I know we'll be back often. Whether you're looking for a great family dinner, date night, or just an incredible pizza for the evening, give this place a chance. I have a feeling you'll become a regular too. See you there!
