We were understanding and patient because it was so busy but when the manager looks down and tells her team "it's been 50 minutes" on our pizza but yet she couldn't even come over and say anything to us? Though the service was a bit sluggish initially (and my beer was forgotten until the main course), the kitchen is firing on all cylinders. The 14-inch pizza was the star of the show. The crust achieved that elusive balance of being perfectly crunchy without being burnt. It's rare to find this level of quality in toppings at such a fair price point. The Garlic Knots were a nostalgic, elevated treat, and the Cannoli provided a sweet, fluffy finish with a perfectly crisp shell. I took my daughter here last week, the night before she gave birth. We really enjoyed the food. I didn't know this place existed as I no longer live in the area but she apparently goes here often. They had Green Olive Pizza! Which I love and have had a hard time finding! The pizza crust was perfection. The atmosphere is nice. A little cramped for space but nice. The service was okay. We did have to wait a lot. For drink refills, to make a to go order we needed and because of that, we had to wait even longer after we had paid for it to come out.. etc. etc. the place was packed though. The price was a little on the expensive side for North Augusta. But then, food everywhere is getting expensive. $76 dollars with tip. But we ordered a small 14 inch pizza pie to go for my son in law. I think it was 20 by itself. I enjoyed it and will go back when in town next time. I think we have one here in Charleston I will need to try. read more

This place has that home town pizzeria feeling. You walk in and expect them to greet you by your first name. The friendly waitress will quickly take your drink order and food order. The food is and salads are delicious and well priced. Looking around you'll see people and families of all ages enjoying a taster meal. I was excited to see that they even have a menu for large parties. Advanced notice may be required but it's clearly stated on the menu. Got two pizzas after a hour wait and it was worth the trip and the wait. The pizza was amazing reminded me of NYC pizza crispy crunchy yet not hard crust , sauce and cheese were balanced and not dripping. Have eaten lunch here manyyy times, and have never been disappointed ! Went for dinner last night. They were pumping ! Sooo busy ! Makes me really happy that they're receiving so much business in North Augusta. Very well staffed, and everyone was hustling ! We were warned of a 20-30 minute wait, but were seated in less than 5 minutes. The small tables and chairs are great out the back for waiting outside. We had the Deluxe pizza and then shared the apple and raspberry pie a la mode. Both items were really enjoyable. Nice amount of toppings on the pizza, and cooked to perfection. Pie was delish ... full of fruit, generous portion, well spiced. Love that they make them there. Given how busy they were, service was great. Carolyn was very personable ! Only snafus were a lack of silverware and an initial delivery of our pizza to the wrong table ... the combination of those two things made our pizza a little cooler by the time we could dig in. Found this place on google, first time ever coming by with my date. Packed house but it took our server Olivia no time to get us seated. The slightly dim lights to me gave off a nice touch and the restaurant was clean. Everyone seemed to be having a great time enjoying the vibe with nice classical music playing in the background. I actually enjoyed the music playing. We didn't wait long for our food either. I ordered Beef Ravioli and my date ordered Lasagna with meatballs and a side salad. Came out hot and everything was absolutely delicious. The owner Frank checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed everything. And to see him greeting customers actually folding his own pizza boxes for the store was new to me. Love to see a family oriented environment thriving with good food and energy. Tip: park in the back, plenty of parking in the lot. Street parking can be hit or miss. My go to pizza usually consists of a topping of cheese and pepperoni. My girlfriend suggested we try the Allie pizza. Ever since then, that has been my go to pizza. The mozzarellas is perfectly cooked with topping of baked chicken and a bit of Alfredo sauce. I was worried the Alfredo sauce would drown out the pizza, but the blend of perfectly cooked dough and Alfredo sauce makes the perfect pizza. If I ever move away. I would drive here for the Allie pizza. Onto their other items. This time I chose the Chicken Parmigiana. I am kinda torn on this item. The chicken was kinda tough the breading and cheese was delicious. The side of spaghetti or should I say half of Spaghetti was made al dente, which I had with meat sauce, which was perfectly cooked. My girlfriend had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with mushroom was delicious and she would definitely go back for more. The sauce I found had a puddle weird after taste, but does not distract from the noodles. Definitely going back for the Allie pizza, but I will try other items on the menu. read more

Today we stopped by Antonio's while out Christmas shopping. This was the first time my daughter has gone with us. She's 17, and while she prefer a chain restaurants pizza to Antonio's she was still very impressed with the flavor that the pizza had. Service was typical for restaurants that cook to order and multiple employees stopped by the table to chit chat. I love new, I really do. New spots for coffee, food, to unwind, whatever. And when there's plenty of "new" that means there's growth. And one place that is really growing in the area is North Augusta. Of course the new stadium brought plenty of growth and now we have amazing doughnuts, a steakhouse, and even cool clothing options. But I have learned that while I enjoy the excitement that surrounds all this, I also appreciate the businesses that paved the way. The ones who remember when they were the first on the block or the only restaurant to choose from. And Antonio's is such a place. Over a decade in North Augusta, they are serving up authentic New York cuisine. Of course pizza is at the top of the list. Whether you only want a slice or an entire pie, they have you covered. You'll find delicious lasagna and meatballs on the menu as well. I am still a big fan of their tuna melt though. There's just something about how they apply just the right amount of heat to warm the tuna and melt the cheese while maintaining the texture of the hoagie that keeps calling me back. There's so much to choose from that you will just have to plan on weekly/monthly visits if you hope to try it all. Platters for large events, desserts that include homemade pies, and even a lunch menu and seasonal specials. So yeah, it's time you made a trip to North Augusta and sat down for a meal. read more

That was a terrible experience. To start I'll give it two stars instead of one because are waitress did the best she could for us, but that was the only upside of the whole experience. After ordering our food it took over thirty minutes to receive our appetizer. We got the pepperoni roll and it was fine, but dripping in grease. After over an hour wait and seeing many people come in after us receive their food, eat, and leave we finally received our pizza after saying something to the waitress. The pizza was beyond disappointing. As seen in the pictures it was extra doughy/undercooked and too greasy. The pizza couldn't even hold itself together from all the grease everything just slid off. We did come during a take out rush, but again after seeing numerous people get food after arriving after us we were beyond disappointed with the entire experience and have no plans to ever return. read more

Food is always amazing but the one middle aged woman was very rude and short, no welcoming smile how are you today or anything. I ordered a slice of pizza and an Alfredo because I was hungry and didn't realize how big the slice was and I asked for a box for my Alfredo and she went behind the counter and was talking about how I didn't ask for it to go when it was as simple as I got full, after she was rude the whole time, people around us were thinking the same thing. Haven't been in a few years or better... I was surprised that they were not busy at all for lunch at 1 o'clock. The pizza was actually pretty decent. Not a fan of the little baby square "fake" ham but not bad. Terrible service for being slow, yet plenty of servers. Jessica was one of the worst waitresses I've ever encountered. NOT friendly whatsoever, checked on us once (took quite a while for her to even get our drink order). Short and kinda rude. Won't be rushing back anytime soon. SERVICE IS KEY.
