We used this realty company and it has been a huge mistake. The realtor we used had little to no knowledge on any of the buying process, and it's been the most frustrating experience. Once we closed the sale, they did not provide the property gate key access, nor a mail box key, and no information on the HOA office, that was remotely helpful. Our realtor, Rita Nicolae, has got to be the stupidest, dumbest person I have ever met. She has only been money hungry to take her commission. She tries to defend herself but actions speak a lot louder than words. She couldn't complete the simplest task including opening the door to view the property.
