We used this realty company and it has been a huge mistake. The realtor we used had little to no knowledge on any of the buying process, and it's been the most frustrating experience. Once we closed the sale, they did not provide the property gate key access, nor a mail box key, and no information on the HOA office, that was remotely helpful.
