Ate here for the first time tonight. I thought they did a nice job decorating, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu is limited but I don't consider that a downfall, casa burrito isn't the regular type of restaurant you maybe use to, but it's a lot nicer than a fast food chain. We thought the food was a good quality, fresh and flavorful! I actually felt that the shredded beef burrito was far better quality and size than some of our regular Mexican restaurants we visited. I did think that the additional charge for the rice and beans was a little steep considering the size of portion received, but still very tastey! We will definitely be visiting again to try some other menu items! Keep up the good work! I look forward to visiting "Casa Burrito" again soon! read more

Ordered from DoorDash. The food did arrive quickly. However it was off and definitely not fresh. I ordered the burrito. The tortilla was definitely old. I could taste it's staleness and that it had been sitting with a dozen other old tortillas. The rice was also NOT FRESH and undercooked. The carnitas were dry (I had two bites) and it was repugnant. This was Not cooked on the day I ordered it I guarantee. This food was a DISGRACE. I read another review that this is the best in New England and the most authentic. That is laughable. read more

Clean with friendly staff. Not great food. The chips were the same as you would buy from BJs. The salsa was a small portion in a plastic take out dish. I ordered a shredded pork burrito and the pork was good but the burrito was full of liquid and quickly became a soggy mess. I spent the extra money for the rice and beans. Big mistake! The beans were runny and the rice tasted and looked like white rice with orange coloring. No flavor to either side. The worst part of the meal is that it was served in a styrofoam tray with a plastic fork. If I'm sitting down for a meal at a restaurant I'd like my meal served on a plate. I found this little gem of a Mexican restaurant by accident and I couldn't be more happy! It's not the most eye-catching from the outside, in fact I almost drove right by, but I think that's because they poured all the heart and soul on the inside! I wasnt expecting much from this place. Its doesnt have much curb appeal. I wanted mexican food so i went in. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is great and friendly but the best part was the food. We ordered 8 things on their menu. All of it was very good. Even my 5 year old loved it which is hard to accomplish. If i had to complain, which i like doing is that if you eat in, they don't have plates. Everything is served in styrofoam. This does not diminish the great food though. read more

Ok so here we go. Let me begin by saying I really want this place to succeed. I love burrito places and the only other good reataurant in town is the roast house. We need some options. However, today was less than satisfactory. I understand this is their second day open and intend to give them another chance in a few weeks and will update my review accordingly. First i ordered and they told me 30 minutes. I went down 30 minutes later and they told me another 10. Ok, it is busy. But dont lie to me twice. After that it was another 30 minutes of waiting. Then i got home and my wife's chicken quasadillas are suppose to have salsa and sour cream on them. It was jus chicken and cheese on a tortilla. The burrito had burnt rice on it. We also paid for a side of rice that we didnt get at all. I do think they have the location and the menu to do great. I wouldnt expect great seafood at a burger joint but a burrito place has to excel at making burritos. I do have to gove them credit i did call and tell them about the order being made wrong and they said our next order is free. The last part, the part that really turns me off about this place is their other reviews. They opened on October 5th and somehow have several 5 star reviews before they were even open. Let the people review and so business that is going to get good reviews l, dont inflate your reviews with fake ones. This was my first time trying this Mexican take-out restaurant. I call it a take-out restaurant but they do have tables to eat in. I've been to Moe's and Chipotle several times and Casa Burrito is substantial better. Food was hot and made with fresh ingredients. This place is just ok. A bit pricy for what you get. You could do better at a Chipotle or Moe's both in price and food quality. I was a bit dissapointed when my eat in was served in a stirafoam take out container but it's basically a fast food hole in the wall joint. The restaurant was clean and the workers were very friendly however the food was not so good. The chicken burrito had no flavor, I couldn't really tell the difference between the rice, chicken and the beans. I got guacamole on it as well and even that did not have much flavor.
