Wow and wow again! Casa Collective has come through as a cool local spot not once but twice. This is the spot you want to be at during those evenings of "what am I going to do in CG on a Wednesday or Thursday night or another night". Their prices were reasonable and the staff were super fun and engaging. I really liked that there was an indoor and outdoor space! Also they had a food truck, which I missed checking out, but plan to when I return for music bingo in a few days. This is a spot that CG needs to bring more folks out! I can't wait to come back here again!

They have Cornhole now! Many more outdoor seating as well, their port o potty's are super clean. Added a few fire pits & phase 2 is in the works coming soon! Staff is super friendly and you can even sample what is on tap, They also service non alcoholic drinks!

Great place to hang out, especially when temps are cooler! Very relaxing atmosphere, normally a good choice of food trucks are on sight.

It was not super packed so I was able to walk up and quickly order a couple of tacos-an asado and carnitas. Unfortunately they were out of the el pastor, but that just gives me a reason to come back, right?!? And I do plan to come back as both of my tacos were stuffed with meat, cilantro, and onions. The tortillas were super soft and held mostly everything together, which I was not happy by the fact some of the ingredients may have been lost, just means I have to use a fork. The sauces that were included were full of flavor and added a great pop to the tacos. As long as I am out here I plan to return to Bebo's!!! A must! Gracia por todo!

I also ordered a Sonoran Dog which was wrapped with bacon and cooked well. I loved the bun that they use, it's not your typical hotdog bun and it wraps around the hot dog. The service was really friendly. What sets this spot apart was the salsas. Both the salsa roja and verde had more depth of flavor than most other spots I've been to. They should make chile rojo out of it.

We went last night to their new location and decided to come back, 2 days in a row, I never do that but I really wanted more catfish cause it's THAT good.. I didn't even have lunch I was looking so forward to going back... I showed up AT 5 after calling and being told they open at 5. I waited OVER an hour for someone else to show up to get my food. After 40 min, the guy was like, "we will take care of you for waiting so long, promise" not only did they NOT "take care of me" dude didn't even tell the lady I wanted catfish before he left so that was another almost 10 min on top of the hour I had to wait! And then. I get three of THE smallest pieces of catfish I have ever paid for. Not cool. Won't be back for a looooonnnggg time.

It's a minor thing but it makes the wait go by fast and you never have to wonder if you should ask about the status of your order. So far we've tried the chicken strip basket and the potato salad, both were amazing! I am surprised but so so grateful we've got a place this good in Maricopa Forgot to mention that we found this place yesterday and we're already back tonight.

Churrolicious ~ Food Truck ~ Arizona City, AZ 85123…read moreSeptember 24, 2022 Saturday - 7:45 PM for a treat 4 Adults Atmosphere - N/A stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - We are at Maricopa's Salsa Festival at Copper Sky Regional Park. We were on the hunt for ice cream, bonus we just found this truck and the ice cream comes with some churros. Atmosphere - Not rating this as it is food truck. Food - A little fire going from all salsa, the beer from the beer garden helped. Time for some dairy with our churros. We ordered the churro bites, $7, with ice cream, $2, and caramel, $1. The churros were a little over cooked but was probably a good thing with the cream. I am craving them now. Service - Like most festivals the food truck lines are long. They had for people working the truck. The was being turned around quickly. I saw were order 13, and they just called 12. That is fast!! Future - I hope so.

Ambiance (N/A): They're a food truck and they were posted up as part of a music festival so ambiance wasn't a part of the experience. Service (5/5): I was greeted with a smile, my order was taken promptly, and I received my food quickly. Pretty much everything you want from a food truck, especially during a busy festival. Drinks (N/A): While they do have beverages, I only foot good. Food (3/5): Their food truck mostly consists of desserts (though they do have nachos too). And this was a bit of a surprise: they have more than churros. They also have cheesecake bites. And they don't even have full-size churros, just churro bites. What is cool is that you choose your drizzle and toppings (for an additional charge though). I did the churro bites with Nutella drizzle (for an extra dollar). The toppings are $2 extra. And you have your choice 10 or so drizzles and 10 or so toppings. I love churros. When you think of a solid churro, it should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With a good amount of cinnamon sprinkled on the top. These churro bites were a bit over-fried. Which greatly impacted their quality. The Nutella helped, but it could only do so much. Operating at a food truck festival is a tough proposition. Food vendors have long lines and they have to deliver quickly. Which often leads to a decrease in food quality. Outside of a festival, I wonder if their churro bites hit at a higher level.

Located in a lot with other trucks and a bar, it even had a clean restroom. Bird Box offered a variety of options; I chose the honey garlic wings, while my partner and father opted for the brisket, shrimp fries. The brisket was exceptionally tender and flavorful, and the greens were a delicious surprise. The portion sizes were perfect for the price. Thank you, Bird Box! We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Casa Grande.

The "parking lot" is tiny, enough for maybe 3 or 4 vehicles. But I found a spot, and walked up to the trailer. Everyone who worked there, from the woman taking the order to the team preparing the food, is extremely hospitable. Very respectful, very helpful, very accommodating. I've heard that some orders can take a while to fill, so I asked what could be ready quickly, and they recommended the brisket. So I got that, some beans, and greens. I was hungry, and wanted to enjoy the food right then and there, so I started eating it right there in my Toyota Solara convertible. The meat was cooked well, and pretty sloppy with BBQ sauce -- which I confess that I really like. The baked beans had peaches as one of the ingredients! I've never had peaches in my beans, but when I make them at home, from now on ... they'll have peaches. The greens were just about perfect, though I did find a few bones. It happens. I wasn't upset. So would I go back? Yup. The thing is, since I visited, I bought my own smoker. I haven't produced anything as good as The Bird Box yet, so until I do, I'll be giving them more of my business.
