We go here weekly for our water and ice refills! They are always courteous and professional! The one time the power was out, the owner apologized and gave us a free bottles/ice for our inconvenience of having to return!! Now, THAT is amazing customer service! It is always clean and well kept! They always offer to help us outside and mom appreciates this! It's so bloody hot! Service ..... there is no service! The person that supposedly work on Saturday should not be working the counter. I am 68 years old, she ignored me standing there. The store is immaculate and, as previously noted, the only outlet in Casa Grande allowed to sell water during the contamination crisis a few years ago, and god knows Casa Grande needs good tasting water. Jeremy, the owner, will gladly tell you the reasons why and explain their water purification process. More than that Jeremy, the owner, is dedicated to his business and it shows when he welcomes patrons and focuses to make their visit pleasant. I have been coming to this store for years to get water and ice. They have always been the cleanest, friendliest and most organized out of all the places I have been. Every time I come here to pick up anything,I always get approached with a smile, asked if I need help with anything or are just quick to get my containers filled for me without me even asking. They are always good with friendly conversation as well. They were also the only location that was safe to get water from when all of the rest of Casa grande was hit years ago with a contamination issue.
