    Cheeseburger Wrap with bacon added
    Tamara G.

A year later & another very solid dinner and lunch at Glenwillow. Staff is friendly. Three of us had dinner in the dining room on a Wednesday around 5pm. My friends enjoyed their burgers and I got the chicken portobello wrap, which was the same meal as last year & it was just as good. They have a nice happy hour which extends to their dining room & not just the bar area. They also have an outdoor patio. Thursday I had late lunch there & got a cheeseburger wrap & added bacon. A large group of friends also ate their separate from us Wednesday night & enjoyed it. The cheeseburger wrap was large & the taste was outstanding, so cheesy ! Their onion rings are HUGE and an A+! Large parking lot. Recommended!

The food was amazing. Our server was very personable and kept the table service moving along and kept the mood light. So enjoyable, I cannot wait to go there again.

My friend and I stopped by on a Thursday night for dinner. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, smoke parking, and the service was great. We both ordered salads - they were huge! I had to take half of mine home. I thought the price point was reasonable for the food we received. The inside was quiet and beautiful. This would be a nice place to go for a date or a family dinner. I wouldn't recommend for young children although I'm sure you could bring them. It appeared to also have a nice bar, as well.

Was in town and this was recommended by our hotel. It was a nice, inviting and warm place with hardwood and a sort of rustic feel. We were sat in the bar area which was nice as the dining area seemed much more formal. The drinks were good (strawberry margarita, regular margarita, and a raspberry margarita). The service was slow as the place appears to be understaffed... but it was a Tuesday and it's hard to find work. Our waiter/bartender Josh was very pleasant and the menu offered a wide range of options. The French Dip and fries was excellent. The vibe was a little weird as it appeared to be a Kenny G music-a-thon on the radio... but it was still ok. Overall a very nice place.

Overall, I had a good experience- however the items I got were partially bland or just average. Let's get into it: Drinks: my girlfriend got a smoked old fashion and I a skinny margarita- both were amazing! Their signature cocktails are only $8 during happy hour (only the old fashioned) and I love a great deal! Service: By far my favorite part of the experience. When we visited there were only a few other patrons but our waiter was informed, attentive, anticipated needs, and popped up at just the right times which I think is so important to keep the conversation and service going Food: I could have ordered the house salad and nothing else- it was DELICIOUS!!! I asked if the house dressing came in a bottle I could buy. I'm a salad girl and a great simple one is something I look for. I got the avocado ranch flatbread which was on happy hour and the elements were there but just not well put together. I ate two small squares and declined to take any home. My girlfriend got the steak frites - the cut of meat just wasn't great which could be a sign of our food issues as Americans idk. The tater tots weren't described as a n abstract form and came looking like some sort of popper with very little potato I would stop back in for drinks easily and the salad.

I wanted to get the brisket but they do it up charge so I decided to try a red bone instead that was one of my disappointments. It's not as flavorful and seasoned as the rest of the proteins so instead of paying two dollars for a ribbon I should've just got the brisket The green beans are pretty good I'm surprisingly but mac & cheese is decent too. My other slight disappointment is the variety of barbecue sauces but I think that comes down to a preference thing I like mine is more tan than sweet so I'm usually a Carolina barbecue sauce girl they didn't have that but they did have more tangy vinegar sauce, but it's very thin . I also like that they do a hero discount because I am a firefighter so it's nice to be acknowledged . Overall, I would definitely come back here.

My first experience was an online order and I my food was not ready for an hour, even though I was quoted 28 minutes through the app. I sat for over 30 minutes in the parking spot and finally a worker coming back from her break asked me if I'd been helped yet. So, I decided on the drive through from there on out. I had a few good experiences through drive through. One where I get home and have to come back because items were missing. I come back through after calling to complain and no apology from the drive-through worker (who was the one who originally fudged the order), just a "here you go". So, this time I leave work to get there a little after 7p, let's say 7:10p. I now have become accustomed to asking what they have left, but usually closer to close which is 9p. This day I ask if they have brisket and they say no. The disappoint hit me. Mentally, I'm like, ...what? Why? You don't close for almost 2 hours. Why is a restaurant known for its brisket, out of brisket so early? They actually tried to cross sell me on ribs, but there's no pork on my fork. Who responsible for the amount of food prepped each day? Do they not care about losing the business? I pulled off and who knows if I'll be back. It's a toxic relationship.
