It's a cute place inside and out. I asked the cook what the best thing on the menu was and he said the tomato sauce, meatballs and pizza. That is what I got. All were good, I didn't care for the homemade spaghetti but the cavatelli was better. I prefer regular dry spaghetti. The meatballs are good similar to my own recipe. So I liked them. The salad was good but it is head lettuce and the Italian dressing was your basic bottled flavor Italian. The free bread is sliced out of a bag from the grocery store (kidding) but the butter made up for it and the bread was good and edible. The pizza is good, crispy bottom and light. I would suggest to ask for light on the toppings more is not better for this pizza. The cheese has a lot of flavor. It's my foodie opinion. read more

The is the best pizza in NE Ohio. Every time I come home to CLE my parents make sure to have several pizzas awaiting.

Great place for a quick meal or sit down with family. Place is usually very busy. I have had carryout as well as sit down meals here and the portions are large enough for two. You will see young people dressed for prom, some folks in casual clothes, business suites.. all very relaxed and enjoying their meals from pizza to pastas or chief salads. It is easy to miss this unassumung place driving down Euclid Avenue, with few windows, the white accented building appears almost invisible. Upon closer inspection, you realize that it's actually a family restaurant, although it more closely resembles an event hall. Once you step inside it looks the part of a pizza parlor, with the open kitchen visible from the dining area and rows of tables nearby. After being seated, my server, who was cheerful and polite, took my order; I went against the grain and decided on spaghetti with marinara sauce. The portion was ample and also came with bread and a salad, a novelty it seems as many restaurants no longer serve complementary salad. The food was excellent and I left satisfied, yet seeking something more - perhaps pizza! You know what? This is a charming, unassuming little Italian restaurant with plastic red and white checkered tablecloths and bingo-style reception hall seats. The menu is simple (note: they do not have lasagna on the menu, which is a real bummer). I like they have offer a side of pasta. A friend of ours recommended it because he likes the red sauce. And I have to say their sauce is good. I got a side of rigatoni it was good. The meatball? Pretty damn darn good (and probably closest-tasting to the meatballs I crank out of my kitchen). Dinner for all 3 of us was just south of $30. How can you beat that? Elderly people seem to love this place. And he, they have beer and wine! read more

I just had a 13'' pizza from Petti's Pizza. When I walked in at noon the place only had 2 people seated. It's a nice space, but clearly take out is popular as 2 others popped in to get lunch orders to go while I was picking up mine! I ordered a personalized broccoli, sausage, and mushroom. It was FULL of toping and piping hot. The crust is on the thin side but very filling. There is an option to get red or white sauce. I ordered the red sauce and it was very tasty! The other ingredients were fresh and the staff was nice and quick to take care of ringing me out. I would absolutely eat at this place again. read more

If you like bland food...disregard this review: We wanted good quick pizza for dinner. The great thing about Yelp is the distance tracker. This was the "best" rated near by pizza so we gave it a try. Going in blind, the lady on the phone recommended the white pizza. She could have cut a circle from a cardboard box, slapped some cheese on it and presented us with that. There was absolutely no flavor other then straight butter. We also ordered a pizza with red sauce and tied it's cousin on the flavor scale. I will just stick to driving into the next city to pick up pizza. The search continues for the best pie around. read more

I came last night in to get a fried fish dinner to go. I always thought Petti's fish was good but this time the serving size was very small compared to other times I've been there. They "scrimped" on the size and number of pieces you usually get. I was told over the phone when I placed the order that I would get (3) pieces of fish. The fish is usually long and flat; this time the fish was small and curled up. The cocktail sauce was watery and didn't taste fresh. The fries, salad and bread were ok. Since I had to wear a mask it was hard for the cashier to hear my name when I came to pick up the order. I am very disappointed. I guess I'll try some other local restaurants for their fish. Really disappointed tonight- Ordered Spinach Salad ................................................... 7.15 sweet, crisp spinach, bacon bits, mushrooms, egg and our own special sweet & sour dressing..
