Wow!! We were extremely satisfied with this venue for our daughter's 18th birthday party. Everything went very smooth from the time we booked until the day of the party. Francisco was so easy to work with and very helpful in planning the party even when I made last minute changes. The place looked spectacular and our guests were all impressed!! Also, the DJ they provided brought additional lighting to really set the stage for a great party. We were very happy!!

Had a quinceañera for my sister and it came out amazing! All the guest loved the food and decorations. The DJ had everyone on the dance floor from the beginning til the very end. This was our second time having an event and we will keep having more. They always go above and beyond.

I celebrated my 50th birthday party here, and Francisco was an incredible help--professional, attentive, and on top of every detail.

Very little parking and the back leads into an alley way. There was a lot of guests so we were told to park in the residential area which had sketchy surroundings when walking back towards the event space. When we entered the space, it felt like an open layout house. Fairly modern design. Useful space. Two restrooms for guests. There was a small connecting area with a fridge for storage. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. Needs to be replaced. The AC was very cold on a 67 degree day. Two stars docked for the limited parking. inconvenience and the odd location in a commercial/residential zoned area.

Avengers assemble!…read more Diamond Bar Center Assemble! So finding a good venue for a two-day leadership retreat usually feels like trying to locate the hidden city of Wakanda... just impossible. But this faciilty is easily one of the most beautiful in the area. It sits up on a hill with these massive floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom that give you a view of LA that rivals looking out from Stark Tower,, it is just an amazng vibe. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They handled all our executive attendees with that Captain America level of patience and coordination. We had a bunch of professionals there for the event and they all kept talking about how it felt like a real getaway... not just a boring corporate room. plus there is a ton of walking space outside. you can wander around and clear your head like Doctor Strange visiting Kamar-Taj. Anyway, the whole two days went perfectly. If you are putting together a big meeting or training, you cant just settle for some random hotel basement. * the views alone are worth it * the team has your back like Nick Fury I highly recommend this place. it really feels like the official Avengers Compound but with way better scenery. Special thanks to many of the staff, such as Lauren, Jared, Adrian, and many others. 5 stars

At first I was reluctant to book because it is pricer than a community center, etc. After some thought we went for it, the venue is beautiful, so modern, and really doesn't need much decor because the venue is so pretty. They have a Bartender, security, and one thing I really loved was that they cleaned/cleared the tables. This was such a plus, made the process of cleaning so much easier. It was really stress free, If you can and want to book this venue, I say to it!

There are definitely pros and cons associated with this venue…read more Pros: - The staff is SO attentive and helpful on your wedding day. They make sure everything associated with the venue runs smoothly and give VIP service to the bride and groom. The staff served my husband and I our dinner and both the venue coordinators asked my husband and I what alcoholic beverage we'd like to drink after the ceremony (and then went and got it for us!). The bartender gave us special attention by prioritizing us whenever we went up to the bar. - The venue is gorgeous and the food is amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food tasted. - The venue coordinator responds promptly to email and never lets anything slip between the cracks. - You can do a lot of DIY at this venue to truly personalize your wedding. Cons: - This venue is reasonably priced for how beautiful and elegant it is. However, there are a LOT of upcharges associated with it. One of the upcharges that really bothered me was that you have to pay for glass wine glasses per setting. They only offer 150 stem-less glasses, but their venue has a capacity of 200, so why not carry your capacity? Our guest count was 164, so we had to pay for each wine glass at $1 per glass to have 164 stemmed wine glasses at each table setting. If you want the wine served to each guest (instead of pre-poured), you will need to hire servers at $25 each per hour to do so. - While the venue coordinator is responsive, she is not the warm welcoming coordinator that you might expect as a bride. Her responses are curt and to the point (and sometimes make you feel like you're bothering her), and it's not the customer service you'd expect for paying a significant amount of money to get married here. - If you plan to book a room block at the Kellogg West hotel, you can expect the absolute WORST customer service from the manager, Cameron. His email communication is extremely rude, and he makes you feel like you're a nuisance for bothering him. He gives bare minimum answers to everything and never once thanks you for your business. - You really need to hire a "wedding coordinator" with this venue. The venue coordinators make sure everything at the venue runs smoothly. If you want to ensure that your wedding day timeline runs smoothly, you need to have a wedding coordinator do this for you. Trust me, it's much better than your friend or mom having to do it!!! Overall though, I would recommend this venue. It was the perfect setting for our wedding day, and we had an overall positive experience.

She guided us every step of the way, kept us on schedule, and made sure every detail was executed perfectly. We had a Chinese tea ceremony during the morning and she was very patient with our traditions and super efficient getting everyone ready to be served tea next. I-Jou is truly amazing at what she does and helped bring our vision to life. She is incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. During our welcome photos, we were sweating, and she continuously checked in on us, bringing water and drinks and even saving appetizers from cocktail hour while we were busy with photos. When we were at our sweetheart table, she went to grab us drinks from the bar and even brought us desserts from our dessert bar! I-Jou knew the right questions to ask and overall we felt well supported throughout the whole wedding planning process up until the end of our wedding day. Because of her, I was able to truly be present and enjoy my wedding day without a single ounce of stress! Which is very rare for me because I am an overthinker and stress over the little things. She was incredibly detail oriented, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. My husband and I are so beyond grateful for her and cannot recommend her enough!

I-Jou was wonderful to work with as our wedding planner!…read more The main highlights from working with her: 1. She provides great suggestions for vendors. Since she already has a working relationship with them, they are typically equally easy to work with. 2. Especially for vendors she's familiar with, she can quickly follow up with them, staying in the loop when we have questions and sharing her own experiences and suggestions from working with previous couples. 3. She understands Chinese/Taiwanese traditions, which made it a lot easier to us to work with her since we needed to preemptively identify pain points and important unique to our culture to avoid family headaches. 4. She had a great attitude even when our requests were vague (mainly when we aren't sure of what the exact solution is and only have a rough vision/idea of what we want) 5. She handled day-of stressful situations with grace and had great backup plans ready when things went wrong. 6. Despite being busy, she is very responsive when we need her. My suggestion for couples (in general when working with any wedding planner) is to be proactive and do your due diligence with vendors and the wedding vision. Treating the working relationship as a partnership. Doing your own research about vendors and wedding day formalities will really save you time and help fill in the gaps. Don't hesitate to ask questions when you're unsure about timelines and what is "typical" in a wedding.
