We worked with Emily who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible with us throughout the process. Keep in mind we planned this in 5 months. We chose the room downstairs by the bar. The room had a rustic look as well as a beautiful view of the city. Overall we would do it again and would have our renewal here in the future. Our guest LOVED the food. We received many compliments about the beautiful venue, great vendors (DJ, Photo Booth, florist, wedding coordinator and deserts). When I first requested a quote, I recieved a response very quickly from Pro, the manager, and he remained available for any questions I had until I was ready to sign my quote and lock in my event (and thereafter until shower day.) When you request a quote, you'll be sent a questionnaire about what you'll need for your event (time frame, services, furnishings, etc.) so you know exactly what you're paying for when you get your price. There is a lot included in the price, but other than some standard items like tables and chairs, you'll need to rent, or bring in everything else yourself or with outside vendors. I did all of my own decor, had my family and friends help me set up, and we catered Porto's. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, prep area and sink as well if you're cooking yourself, we used the oven to warm up potato balls and stored drinks in the fridge and it worked out great. You can rent a cover for the kitchen if it's not your vibe. Here's some of the concerns I had before booking and how we overcame them: Concern: the venue is on the second story in a historic building and is only accessible by stairs. Solution: It is only one flight of stairs, and there is a break in the middle with ample room for a chair or bench if guests need a stopping point. I informed my guests of this ahead of time and had my husband help anyone who needed assistance, everyone was able to make it work. It was a little but rough carrying all of our own stuff up, but many hands made light work. Concern: there is only one bathroom for an event of nearly 90 people. Solution: Honestly, this was only an issue for us at the beginning of our event when people were arriving from far away places. Once the initial rush died out, there was never even a line for the bathroom. Concern: the space is very plain. Solution: The space does not have many bells and whistles, but I found it charming and rustic, and there's lots of opportunity to really make it as dressed up as you want with whatever theme you can think of. Also, the natural light from the windows on both sides of the building made things that much more appealing. Concern: there is no designated parking. Solution: the Electric Loft team was able to save some spaces directly in front for me and my set-up team, and then parking is open up and down the streets as well as at the nearby park. No one had any issues, save for some later arrivals as there was some kind of art event at another building nearby. There may be a little walking involved, but not so much that it made anything impossible. All in all, everyone thought it was a great spot and I've been recommending Electric Loft all over the place, and I'll continue to do so. Also shout out to The Splendor Co for my photo spot!

Throughout the whole process they were so kind and flexible to fit our needs. The price of the place was especially reasonable, they're not here to grab your money like other venues. Other venues will smile in your face as they charge you extra for no reason. They're out to get you. They could care less how you feel, they just want as much money as possible. Francisco and Alexa? Not them. No no no no no, not them. They were genuine and didn't care about the money. I could see it on their eyes. I looked into their eyes and they told me, "we will take care of you." Everything came together real nicely on the wedding day. It was the best day of my life for sure. OH yeah also the food was so good (btw). We got the marry me chicken (MMM M MMM). AND THE birria. Very yummy. I can confidently say that they just did this naturally. Food? Naturally good. Place? Naturally flashy. Dance floor? Naturally dancing. Service? Naturally serving. If I were to say a couple nice things about this place I would say that the place itself was really nice. The decorations they provided was really nice. The service was really nice. The DJ they provided was really nice. Overall everything just went nicely done. Hopefully if I have another celebration I'll do it here. It's just too good. The venue can host 100 people, but it will be very tight with that many people. We had about 80 people (including kids) at the event, and though it felt tight, at least the kids were able to hang outside to enjoy the bouncer. I rented the afternoon time frame, so we were given the venue from 2:30-9PM. The only thing that I found weird was that there was absolutely no attendant available at the end of the night. Overall, a decent place to rent a venue if you wanna DIY things yourself.
