I'm going to add pics but we were so hungry & the presentation was top notch & our mouths were watering so there half eaten lol The tacos, my 11 year old said deserve their own review! Best tortillas & tasty meat! He got chicken. I had steak & it was so good! They are very generous with the meat. Pho, this was my first time trying it. The broth was really tasty. Before I put anything in it, I gave some to my 6 year old. & He really enjoyed it! I also got Huevos Ranchero it was like a tostado, crunchy, & just so good. came here for their taco Tuesday deal ($1.75 per taco the whole day) and I couldn't be happier with my experience! the server was very nice and attentive. the tacos were well made and they did not skimp on the meat which I appreciated! we get to choose between flour or corn tortillas. after trying both, I prefer the corn tortillla! we got a shaved ice for dessert - ube flavor - and it was so good! great ube flavor with crunchy bits in the middle and ice cream at the bottom! I believe the ice cream was avocado flavor? loved it! this spot is so unique and I thought the mixing of diff cuisines in one spot wouldnt work but it surprisingly does! My friend found this place on Yelp, so we decided to check it out during our lunch break. They just opened a couple of months ago, so there isn't a lot of foot traffic yet, but they definitely deserve more. I never would have thought to combine pho and tacos, but somehow it works really well. The food was delicious, and the pho definitely hit the spot. We're planning to come back to try their combo. The day we visited they were out of a few items, which is completely understandable since they've only been open for about two months. It also looked like the restaurant is currently being run by just two people while they're getting established. It's a cool place with some great ideas they are trying to establish. Big portions and tasty food for a good price! I've noticed this place driving by and was always intrigued by the concept of Vietnamese Mexican fusion, so I decided to stop by for Taco Tuesday one day. My friend and I came Tuesday evening around 6 pm and surprisingly we were the only customers. The inside of the restaurant is bigger than I expected and is beautifully decorated with flowers hanging from the ceiling and even a flower wall. The food menu is a simple one-pager with different Mexican and Vietnamese options. I got a couple tacos as they were only $1.75 each for Taco Tuesday (they're $2.50 normally). Both the chicken and steak were good, but I think I liked the steak a little bit more. My friend got the chicken banh mi for $13. It's a pretty big sandwich and also comes with a side of salad. My friend really liked his banh mi, but I'd say it's definitely more of fusion style. For example, they use aioli instead of mayo. We also got the peach shaved ice for dessert ($12). It's a seasonal flavor as it's not on the menu. However we chose the wrong flavor, as I was disappointed that they used canned peaches instead of fresh ones and honestly it tasted a bit bland (not enough peach flavor). We checked out this spot hungry and curious of the food fusion. We were greeted by the nice server who quickly seated us. We tried out their main pho and carne asada tacos. They both had good flavor and we enjoyed them with the fresh sides. We had a little extra space for dessert and wanted to try their mango shave ice that was made from imported ice from Japan! It had good flavor and wasn't too sweet. The space is huge and is beautifully decorated. They also have a small area where you can choose ramen and a hot water station with additional snacks and drinks. They have a convenient parking lot right in front. First time here after my sister recommended it. Went for the first time and ordered the chicken pho, and the chicken quesadilla. The flavor of the broth for the pho was really tasty and I really enjoyed their fact it had bok Choi, carrots, and broccoli, and my picky boys enjoyed their pho. The chicken quesadilla was a really nice portion and the salsa it was paired with was the cherry on top. Our server was so kind and was able to help us make up our minds when it came down to ordering. The service was fairly quick and enjoyed our experience overall. Oh and I can't forget about the delicious Japan snow!! My first time having it and honestly left me saying WOW the whole time. We had the strawberry and Pineapple!! Tried it for the first time last week. The place is very cute. Nice artwork on the walls. Clean bathroom. Spacious seating area. Food is delicious. Only 1 waitress working at the time, but she was diligent and food came out in a timely manner. We had the pho which was delicious. Loved their broth! Hubby had huevos rancheros and tacos which he deemed pretty good. We also had the mango shaved ice at the end. It was good... although as a TIP... I would put out a cup of condensed milk on the side. It was a bit bland for me and I wouldn't mind pouring some on top to elevate the taste. Also TIP... please add some kid friendly drinks to the menu like maybe milk, lemonade, apple juice, or coconut water. The menu only had water OR soda for kids. I didn't like that. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the burrito itself was HUGE! Definitely worth every bite. Now let's talk about the Pozole... OMG!!! Out of this world! The meat was super tender, packed with flavor, and tasted completely homemade. You can tell they use fresh ingredients in everything they make. The Dynamite Shrimp? DYNAMITE for real! And the spring rolls were so yummy too. Honestly, every single thing we tried was amazing. I will definitely be back -- probably once a week because it's just THAT good! The food tastes like it came straight out of your mama's, auntie's, or grandma's kitchen. Homemade, comforting, fresh, and full of flavor. Plus, they do NOT skimp on portions or ingredients. I ordered 4 pho soups to go via DoorDash since they had a good deal for 2 for $18. Sounded like a good deal and they have good reviews so why not try a new place. When I placed the order, I assumed we would get double steak since we picked both options for protein when ordered on the app. If they were just going to serve one serving of steak for picking both options, I would of selected chicken or meatballs to compliment the soup and get more. That didn't seem like it at all. Barely any meat in the soup. The beef broth was pretty bland as well that reminded me of the Costco instant Pho you can make at home. Even adding some hoisin sauce and sriracha did not help. The noodles where placed in some to go paper container that when trying to place them in the broth, most of the noodles get stuck on the paper container and they give you barely a handle of noodles. Also only gave only enough sauces, basil, jalapeno, lime, and beansprouts for one soup. I ordered four of them. We all had to barely a pinch some of the sides to put in our soups. Not sure if that was an oversight on their part. Other places do a better job at giving you to go plastic bowls, containers, and condiments for to go orders. I can not speak for the Mexican food, but it looks good. I might have to try that next time or their dessert. read more
