    Asada Burritos

Got an asada burrito and WOW it's flavorful!! I did add sour cream too so if you like that, I recommend it!! There is a small dining room and free condiments. Staff very friendly and lots of parking! I'd recommend

    Burrito

Good food but they forgot to put cheese in my burrito (its supposed to come w cheese...) and they left an avocado peel inside. Also, the cheese in the quesadilla wasn't even fully melted

Reyes fries (Fries with a hint of carne asada)

For $19 & change I would expect my carne asada fries to be more generous with meat. But they just lightly sprinkle the top layer with meat and make the rest of the plate look appetizing. Overall taste was 6/10, definitely not worth spending close to $20 for this

honestly this place has great food and but terrible customer service. tell me how ordering 12 tacos = 1 small bag of chips that at most has 15 tortilla chips. They state it's their policy but if I ordered each item separately I would then have 4 bags of chips that makes absolutely no sense. But if you eat in person you can also have more chips? Because of this I will NOT be back here. Tried supporting a small business but was met with greed. Then got home and the food is terribly packed with beans all over the food. A disappointment to say the least

Tacos Reyes just have the best tacos! Always hits the spot! Made to order tacos! Ask for the salsa on the side unless you like your tacos really spicy! I always get the Tacos & Burritos here but I'm sure everything here is amazing!

This is one of my go-to taco spots and I find myself coming here more often than I probably should since it's down the street. The staff is always very kind and quick, which I appreciate. The place is cute and has a bright atmosphere, thanks to the colors and lights. It's on the smaller side, but there are lots of self-seating options to choose from. My tacos are always packed with chicken and their salsa is just the right amount of spicy, I love it.

Quesibirria is a must have! Each order comes with 3 tacos. Everything is made to order. The wait is worth it. It's located in a small strip mall with private parking.

This Al pastor taco plate was so bomb
    Crystal K.

It's up and running again after their accident! They were selling tacos behind their restaurant for a while and the quality and taste were still bomb dot com. I love the al pastor tacos and combo plate. Super fast service, the food comes out piping hot. The inside is always clean

Open in the back parking lot, during construction

The tea (lol): disgruntled former employee smashed their car into the shop's glass store front. Currently, the restaurant's store front is under construction. Although, the restaurant is still open (see my pic) serving up the best Mexican food in the San Fernando Valley from their back parking lot (enter parking lot from Topanga Cyn). Everything is amazing here. Love the Queso Birra tacos, chicken and carne asada tacos, carnitas gordita are some of my favorites. Service is always good, direct and efficient. No alcohol is served here though. For fast, casual Mexican food, I highly recommend Taco Reyes.

    Wet pork burrito
    Duv O.

I am puzzled what has this place turned into. The wet pork burrito 5/10 it was mostly rice and beans with little meat. WTH!‍ then why charge so much?? The ceviche 4/10 it was dry, bland and sourness of the lemon is not there and missing salt. Was it an old batch? There was 2of us and we both asked for water, so they give us 1 cup of water. wtf??? I should gone to the taco tent than this place.

    16.29 nachos.

I have been going here for years and so has my mother. Tonight will be the last the prices keeps going up and less food for the price I just paid $23 plus dollars for nachos and 2 tacos on taco Tuesday. My mom asked to have the chili relleno sauce on her burrito and the lady asked the chef and said no no no with an attitude. What happened to the customer gets what they paid for and or asked to be made a certain way. They used to have a guy Sebastian that worked there and when he was there everything was great. I get it things cost more now days but the quality shouldn't decline if your charging more.

Been coming here for 10 years and no place can even compare to how fire these tacos are! lol always will be a staple for me as a valley girl

Not what they use to be. Service was so so. The food taste was just not there. Taco Bell is a close runner up and a 1/4 the price.

Total Reverse Catfish - in the best way…read more As a lifelong Valley girl, I'm going to be completely honest: I wasn't expecting much from this shopping strip location. I thought it'd be a tiny hole-in-the-wall, but **Main Kitchen** completely blew me away. It's actually a huge, vibrant corner space (looks like 3 to 6 combined spots) covered in colorful paintings. The atmosphere is immaculate. Plus, as an elder Millennial girly, the playlist was hitting *so* right--it was 9:00 AM and we were jamming to music straight off my own Spotify Wrapped. The food is a total "reverse catfish" because it is way more visually stunning and delicious than the website photos let on. It just seemed like a lot of the things were housemade, and you can really taste the quality in everything: * **Chicken & Waffles:** They didn't have any bone-in chicken today, so they actually served me the boneless chicken breast (which I think originally goes with the chicken and pancakes). But honestly? If you can substitute it for the boneless breast, DO IT. Way better, no messing around with bones, and hello, protein goals! It's a perfectly flattened, crispy chicken breast served over a waffle sprinkled with bacon bits. They added a little drizzle of maple syrup and what seemed to have a little bit of a thing like peach bits--I'm not 100% sure because I didn't give it enough time to sit on the plate to find out, I was just eating it all! It was so delicious. * **Tiramisu French Toast:** My friend and I literally had to pause and give it a moment of silence. We were just in absolute awe. * **Chilaquiles:** My friend is a total chilaquiles connoisseur, and she declared theirs the *best she has ever had*. To top it all off, the service was fantastic. Our server, Donovan, was so attentive and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed--we just really appreciated his great service! I believe this is a woman-owned small business, and the owner herself was actually the chef cooking for the morning! It is the ultimate spot for a Sunday morning brunch meetup or a big group. 5 out of 5 stars--I already can't wait to go back. Go visit Main Kitchen!

If you love Main Kitchen Bar & Grill, you will absolutely love having them cater your next event!…read moreRecently I attended a party where the food was catered by MKBG, and it was outstanding. The deli sandwiches, pesto chicken panini, and vegetarian wraps were all incredibly fresh and generously filled with high quality meats, cheeses, and perfectly baked bread. Each sandwich had its own unique dressing, which elevated the flavors to another level: bold, well balanced and anythng but ordinary. The potato salad and mac n' cheese salad were creamy, rich and full of flavor, making them the perfect savory side dishes that trully complemented the meal. The fresh fruit and salad platters were impressive on their own: vibrant, crisp and prepared with top quality ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. MKBG catering is delicious, satisfying and a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Highly recommended for any event!

Most recently, shared the Ricotta Toast and Steak and Eggs with my partner. I asked for honey on the side so I could control the sweetness level of the toast. I probably would not get this again - it felt like nothing special. Steak was cooked well, but came covered in too much aioli. Potatoes were disappointing - I wouldn't mind them being cut so small if they were actually crispy, but they were just soggy. Sampled a few other things from other folks in our group too. The texture of the coffee cake was not very good, and the Machaca con Huevos was heavily lacking flavor for both the meat and the beans; they were relying on the condiments for flavor. Other members of our party enjoyed the Crab Cake Benedict and Italian Omelette. Our server was nice but it was hard to get her attention sometimes. The drinks took way too long to come out - about 15 mins or so for all of them to arrive. On a Sunday morning, it was easy to find parking across the street on Ventura.
