I've gimave this place three chances in three days. First day sat at the bar for 5 min and a lady comes up and ask how I was. I said good and she left. I waited another three minutes and walked out because of no service. Second day I ordered to Al a cart item and absolutely awful!!!! Shrimp burrito and a chimichanga. The shrimp was like licking a salt block and the chimichanga was like I would have gotten out of the freezer section at the grocery store. Third day. Ordered 3 hard tacos and it had bland beef, shredded lettuce and some kind of cheese that looked like it was sprinkled on. The taco shells were nasty. I honestly would have had better food at Taco Bell. I have no clue how this place is even still open. I won't lie though. The second two days the service was good. read more

I 10/10 recommend this place. Always hits the spot, it's delicious, fresh, and as far as I can tell very authentic. I always order the pick two combo chicken chimichangas, with rice and beans. And am never disappointed. That being said, this is the first time I've been disappointed. As previously mentioned, I always order the pick two combo chicken chimichangas, and one of them is pork. And the one that is chicken has tomatoes and an over abundance of green chillies. I hope this new renovation is not changing the way they make their food. Because that would be heartbreaking. Overall, the food was still good, I'm just really picky, which is why I have always loved and continued to order from casa because they're always delicious. We are pleased to announce that Casa Fiesta is back. The restaurant used to be a regular stop during our trips to Findlay, about a year ago, after a couple of disappointing stops, we dropped from our lists. Just last week, we tried it again, and were greatly pleased with our experience. First of all, the service has always been excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. The entries have always been very plentiful, the food authentic, and freshly prepared. And the 'Ritas, always a winner. We also enjoy the atmosphere with colorful art and fixtures. Best Mexican food in Findlay. The guacamole is delicious. Huge portions. Authentic feel. Amazing service.

All seven of us enjoyed our meals. Fajitas, enchiladas, chicken, chimichangas. Prices were good too. Enough for 3 leftover cajas. We were in town for a funeral but the place was comfortably decorated and we were able to relax and have a few good laughs. Did not notice the music, so we don't know if it was still bad. read more

This was a 2-3 star place for me. Service was good, most food was passable. I had a taco, chile relleno, and chimichanga. The taco was a Taco Bell / El Paso (store) type. The pepper was breaded in an extremely soggy coating or maybe just an unusual egg? It was very unusual and stuffed only with cheese, no sausage or spices. Rice and beans were overcooked. Flavors overall were okay. The biggest offense for me was their guacamole is just...not guacamole. It seemed to be blended and made with high onion content? It had more in common with a vegetable smoothie than real guac; it was a bit sweet. Actually, now that I'm describing it, I wonder if it was prepared with green peppers added; that seems likely. I do want to highlight four menu selections that went over well with my family. The drinks were reportedly good (little light on the pours, but tasty). Items 57 and 75 were well-received. I tasted the milanesa and it was tasty; definitely the best thing on the table imo. #75 was a mountain of food and I'm told it was good. The tamale looked pretty good/authentic and I'm told it was. This is a decent "American Mexican" place, but if you're looking for something authentic and tasty, this isn't your top choice. read more

Casa Fiesta is a 5 star Mexican restaurant, and about as good as it gets. The service is excellent and they are very friendly, enjoyable, and accommodating for their customers. Right away we got chips and salsa and they will bring out queso as well if you like. They also have a couple other homemade salsas to try if you ask for them. The main meal came very promptly with a short wait from the time we ordered. Everything came out hot and exactly as it was shown/described on the menu. The steak inside the burritos is very tasty and grilled to perfection. The burrito grande is always my go to dish here but other entrees look excellent as well. Long story short, if you are a lover of good Mexican food then Casa Fiesta is your place to go. The friendly and prompt service also makes it a very enjoyable restaurant. read more

Slow service. Sat at bar and waited 45 minutes for food. It was room temp when it finally arrived. Servers were covering bar as if individual seats were sections. Couple next to me left as I sat down. No one cleared their plates or glasses for the hour I was there. The next group asked to have it cleared but server only nodded and smiled. I would not recommend going here. No one cared when I offered my opinion about room temp food and slow service. Server just gave condescending smile; constantly. And poured beer with 3 inch head. Worst meal we have ever had in Findlay. We sat at our table for 20 minutes (as waiters and waitresses passed right by us) before someone finally stopped to take our drink order. No chips. Nothing. Margaritas were fine when they finally arrived, but chips were so stale that they were chewy when they were finally given to us some 30 minutes after we were seated. Approximately 40 minutes after we were seated, someone finally took our meal order. We waited another 30 minutes before just paying for our drinks and leaving. No meals ever arrived. Our server, Christy, is relatively new to the business but she worked like a seasoned professional. Our meals were served promptly and everything was excellent. I love this place. It is a "lunch date" spot for my friend and I often. Their portions are a decent size and taste great. The staff is always friendly and always takes the time to answer all my silly questions about the menu. Findlay is fortunate to have this place. Homemade real Mexican favorites like orchata, mole, and great seafood (the chef is from Veracruz). Ask for the freshwater tilapia. Staff is wonderful. We were in town for business and looked this up as option on Yelp. The reviews didn't let us down. I had a mix and match combo dinner and everything was excellent. My one colleague had the chicken fajita and something finally kept him quiet, his eating. My other colleagues plate ended up pretty clean even the enchilada with the sauce. The only place I've found in findlay with horchata, and it's the perfect balance of creamy cinnamon sweetness. Plenty of options on the menu, with some authentic dishes that can be harder to find. Stopped here on a spur of the moment as driving through Findlay. Turned out to be a good choice. Was about 2:30 pm on a Saturday. It was not very crowded. We were seated and had our drinks and chips and salsa in less than five minutes. The atmosphere was very Mexican, although the music was a little to loud. Our food came in about 10 minutes, which was very nice. I had the Barbacoa which came in a large portion, plus beans and rice which were also large portions. My wife had a combo platter and her portions of the beans and rice were large. For the two of us, with drinks and tax was$20.21. That is great. Good food, large portions, great price. I had eaten here before and it was good. However, this time terrible service and not so good food. My waiter didn't even acknowledge me for about 10 minutes after I been seated. It wasn't like the place was packed. There were a lot of empty tables. I get my food but didn't get my drink until I was halfway done with my meal. I never got chips and salsa. The only time my server came to my table after was to bring me my drink. I was never asked how I was doing. He didn't really say too much. As someone who waited tables in college, these are things I never would do. Then the food tasted like it was leftover from lunch. Felt very rubbery like it had been heated up in a microwave.
