Casa Noste was recommended to me by a friend. The bottom floor serves goat (cabrito) while second floor does seafood. I came for the seafood! It sits in a moderately rough neighborhood (Guerrero) so you wouldn't stumble upon this place by accident. I tried the fish ceviche and tuna tartar tostadas. Both were great. The prices were moderate. It was Saturday afternoon and the had a singer belting out Mexican classics by artists like Alejandro Fernández. While the surrounding neighborhood isn't the restaurant's fault, it definitely affects my thinking on whether or not to go back. We walked there, but decided we'd take an Uber home. read more
