Amazing food and service!!! Best Italian I have found in Florida!!! Home made pasta and sauce and extensive menus. Must try!!

From the moment we walked into Casa Pasta, we were welcomed with such warmth--staff opened the door, greeted us right away, and made us feel genuinely appreciated both on arrival and when we left. That level of hospitality never dropped throughout the night. It truly felt like the entire team was working together to create the best possible experience, from quickly clearing empty plates to refilling water and even adding freshly grated parmesan without us having to ask. We started with the Carpaccio di Manzo, and it set the tone for the entire meal. The truffle oil tied the dish together perfectly--rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious. For our mains, we ordered the Pappardelle di Limone with shrimp and the Fettuccine ai Frutti di Mare in pomodoro sauce. Both were phenomenal. The lemon cream sauce on the pappardelle was to die for--bright, smooth, and incredibly flavorful--while the seafood fettuccine was just as impressive. Honestly, this might have been the best pasta I've had in my life. Our waitress, Sophia, was phenomenal. She was incredibly attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all of our questions with ease and helped guide us through our indecisiveness, which made the experience even more enjoyable. For drinks, my sister had a non-alcoholic wine and I had a Malbec--both were delicious. Before dessert, we also enjoyed a cappuccino and a single espresso, which were the perfect way to wind down the meal. We ended with the Torta di Ricotta e Pistacchio, and it was just as memorable as everything before it. The texture was perfect--spoon cut right through it effortlessly--and the dulce de leche sauce complemented it beautifully. I genuinely can't get over how good the food was, paired with such friendly and attentive service. Casa Pasta exceeded expectations in every way. I'll definitely be back. read more

First time here after hearing friends recommend it. I have to say...disappointing food. The appetizer of eggplant rollatini was very good. They should consider making that an entree. The carbonara was gummy and salty. Pasta was a tad overdone. My friend got bolognese which she said was sort of bland. The man at the next table got shrimp scampi. That looked pretty good, I will try once more and see if maybe it was just an off night. Service was good; place a bit noisy for me. read more

We tried this restaurant for brunch today, and I have mixed feelings. The manager was excellent and very attentive, and the flavors of the food were really on point. However, we had to wait quite a bit because items were running out quickly and needed to be replenished. Some dishes were better than others--the salmon was definitely the highlight, but the potatoes were over-fried. Overall, I felt it was a bit pricey for the variety offered. On a positive note, the ambiance was lovely very family-oriented and we didn't feel rushed to leave, which I appreciated, especially given the wait times for food. read more

I LOVED Casa Pasta!! The food was absolutely amazing this may have been the best pasta I've had in a long time!! The Cacio e Pepe was so fresh, so flavorful and so creamy. Risotto - amazing. Gnocchi (I usually don't like gnocchi) amazing!! We didn't have anything bad. Great touch at the end of the meal was the homemade tiramisu. Chefs kiss!!! The service was also amazing. Tried Casa Pasta last Saturday night, was seated immed, ordered cacio de Pepe, other half ordered spaghetti & meatballs , my pasta was swimming in a sea of sauce, pasta which they say is homemade was chewy like rubber bands, meatballs were warm on the outside cold on the inside, clearly not freshly made! Had a shared Tiramisu at 17.00 way overpriced! Was way too soggy on the bottom I've had superior Tiramisu for half that price! Although the service was good, the food lacked at the price paid and we tipped well, won't be back. read more

We chose this restaurant as my husband wanted to see the SEAL Museum which was nearby. We came here simply because it had been a while since we had Italian food. What a find!! Delicious authentic dishes made with fresh pastas and sauces. We had some great cocktails to start along with Carpaccio de Manza. So delicious and a great start. My husband loves Spaghetti Carbonara so his was an easy choice. I studied the menu and finally decided on Cacio de Pepe. I had heard of this dish before, but never saw it on a menu. It is said to be a must in visiting Italy. Well fortunately I didn't have to go far to enjoy this simple, but incredibly beautiful dish. Perfection is all I can say. My husband's spaghetti and mine looked much the same on the plate, but were world's apart in flavor. Both were just amazing. We got there early, so it was pretty quiet. Gradually diners came in, but the relaxed atmosphere with proper mood music was welcoming to enjoy our meal. Sofia our waitress was just so lovely and met every need. Highly recommend this place. Reservation for 5 on Halloween. Arrived and were sat right away even though we were waiting on two more to arrive. Server was pleasant and informative. Wine, beer, cocktails, and mocktails on their drink list. Love that the menu had multiple dishes that pasta was not the feature in case someone in your party isn't the biggest pasta fan. It was hard to choose. The dishes all sounded amazing. Finally settled on the lemon carbonara. The flavors were fresh and not heavy. The texture of the pasta was tender but firm. A hint of lemon. Came for date night on Saturday.   We had a reservation. We arrived a bit early..but they were able to seat us promptly which was nice. This review is a mix for me (and my date).   We have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, always noting how 'cute' it looked, esp with everyone eating outside.  So very high expectations but unfortunately not all met.  This is a bit elevated restaurant with prices to match (but not crazy expensive) so our standards were higher.  I will say the people are awesome, everyone was super friendly, esp our waitress and the host.  No issues here! Outside:  Beautiful night to sit outdoors, so we did.   Two challenges for us. 1)   It was too quiet...they need some background music going or some water feature...when it was just a few couples outside it was awkwardly quiet.   This to me is an easy fix.    2) Bugs.   There needs to be some fans..either small ones on the table or larger ones overhead/on the walls?  not for temperature...but for bugs.   We kept swatting gnats, a few even landed in the wine.   Not good. Service.    We ordered a bottle of sparking water ($10).  Not once other than when they brought the bottle did anyone come over to refill.      Other times there were empty plates on our table from a course prior......they would take other things but not the plates.  Was odd, and there was no food of the dish left, so not sure what else I would do with them. Food *Bread:   Standard rolls, this could have been better.    *A glass of wine $13 *From the hot apps, we did 3 meatballs w burrata ($18 with the burrata, $16 without).   They were good, not amazing, not piping hot...and a bit salty.   And what's 'funny' is a side of meatballs (2) is $5...yes three where $16.    *House salad:   Small pinwheels of cheese and ham.  Pretty good. *Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni.  Again good, not amazing. Incredible brunch buffet and service at Casa Pasta featuring indoor/outdoor comfortable seating! Quiches, pastas, sandwiches, croissants, pizza, desserts and so much more to offer. Everything tasted phenomenal and was served fresh and hot. Servers were great at replenishing water, drinks, and food. Carlos and servers were incredibly nice and welcoming. They checked on us throughout the meal and made sure we were enjoying everything. I was happy to try everything they had to offer and go back for seconds and thirds... I didn't want to stop! My wife and I went to Casa to celebrate our anniversary and we are glad we did. The food was amazing. We both chose the Brunch Buffet. It consists of many options which change from day to day. The Penne Pasta was my favorite. The food ranged from Paninis to Pasta to Mussels and so many amazing Desserts. For $18.99 it was worth it!! The staff were extremely friendly and constantly making sure we were doing well, including management. Shoutout to Jasmine our server, kind and very knowledgeable. We have eaten at Casa Pasta a couple of times; first was a group lunch and second was dinner. The restaurant staff are welcoming and professional. The manager stopped by both times do check in on us. It's a nice, comfortable restaurant. Well appointed and pretty. Out buffet lunch was delicious with so many delicious options. They put an effort into providing numerous hot and cold choices. He brought warm dinner rolls with butter. We started with a bruschetta appetizer without the prosciutto. My friend and I are vegetarian. We each had an eggplant Milanese with salad. We tried the mushroom, four cheese and spinach versions of the Milanese, which also has a beef or chicken option. They were all well seasoned, hot and fresh. The salad accompaniment had a light lemon vinaigrette. My friend had a glass of Cabernet and I tried the Limoncello spritz. The spritz was sweet and refreshing. The wine list is has a good variety. The menu has many vegetarian options. Seating was comfortable and the portion size was perfect; no leftovers! Ideal for dinner before a show! Tobias was an excellent server! The food entrees were delicious and enjoyed the baked rolls. Nice ambiance with dark seating and leisurely dinner music. (They also have outdoor seating in sunlight on a patio but chose inside due to the outdoor temperature.) We appreciated that Tobias let us sample some wines as we don't drink wine much. Our group of 4 had tickets for a show at the Sunrise Theater and were excited to grab a nice dinner beforehand, while we were dressed up and splurging. Casa Pasta is just around the corner from the theater, and the menu looked delicious. Parking is street parking or the downtown parking garages. This restaurant is actually in some sort of gallery mall and it's not very clear where the entrance is. It's a door inside their patio seating off of Orange, but looks like a side patio door, not a main entrance. We were greeted when we entered, and assumed we had a reservation. We did not, and there was hesitancy before the host (also owner?) offered a high top. We were very agreeable to the option. Matias was our server and was friendly. We all ordered at the table: one seafood risotto, one spinach and mascarpone risotto, one mushroom risotto, and one eggplant rollatini. Our order took a typical amount of time to come out and bread was provided with oil or butter on the side. Dinner came out: one seafood risotto, two mushroom risotto, and one eggplant rollatini. I spoke with Matias to let him know that mushroom risotto wasn't what I ordered, but the spinach and mascarpone. He first says that he did not understand me ordering, and then says that they're out of spinach and mascarpone. He asked if I wanted something else hesitantly, and I let him know we unfortunately didn't have time to wait for another entree. I do want to mention that the risotto was well cooked, but as someone who vehemently dislikes mushrooms, it was not a dish I was going to enjoy. The seafood risotto is also disappointing. It's mostly a cheesy bowl of rice with 5 (tail on) shrimp on top. The manager or owner, I'm unsure which, did a table touch and I let him know what had happened, and he then tried to say they basically were working off a limited menu due to the holiday (not noted anywhere or mentioned when provided menus or when ordering). He said he would take care of it with the check. Matias came back and kept trying to effectively convince me that I do I'm fact like mushrooms and the risotto, which was uncomfortable. When they brought the check, despite being told by both Matias and the manager that they were taking care of the wrong meal on the check, they only took $10 off the $30 plate of risotto. I feel like I spent the meal being gaslit about what I supposedly ordered (but would never) and what I like (which I don't!). For the price point, eating rice in a gallery mall restaurant and the order being wrong AND the service not being good, I won't return. There are other options downtown and near the theater to enjoy a dinner. read more

What a wonderful date night we had at Casa Pasta before a show at the Sunrise Theater. Our first time here was outstanding! Everyone was attentive from host to the many servers but Sophia our waitress was simply amazing. Very easy to talk with and answered our many menu questions easily and kindly. The food was fantastic. We had the Lobster Ravioli and Spinach, mushroom Ravioli and shared the beautiful Caprese Salad as well as the Panna Cotta Pistachio! We couldn't stop raving about each dish and told many of our friends. The high top table in what felt like a garden room was very pretty and romantic and quieter. All in all a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to return to try other dishes. read more
