We ate at this restaurant for the fist time last night. My husband, sister, and brother-in-law had the prime rib and said it was the best they ever had! I had the shrimp scampi and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was I believe Cayla and she was adorable! Anyway EVERYTHING was amazing. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and we are big foodies who know good food when we eat it! Can't wait to go back and try something new! 5 star all day. The restaurant building itself is actually pretty old and I believe it used to be a different local restaurant. They have the old school pie set up they used to see in diners. The menu has some unique items on it. Along with trusted favorites. Everything seems cooked to order or cooked daily as some stuff was listed may run out. They have a deep fried philly so of course I couldn't resist anything with the word deep fried in front of it. It was really awesome and made me wish that more places served deep fried silly sandwiches like this. We ordered online and had to download app to do so. It said it was ready but it actually wasn't when we got there. We ordered three sandwiches and they all came with sides. We don't recommend the fries- they were fresh but tasted a day old. The only thing from our order that we would get again is the pita chips. Also the mahi was good but would've been better served as a filet instead of a sandwich. The lettuce on all sandwiches had brown edges. The sauce on the Reuben and chicken sandwich was good but the blt didn't really taste like a blt. read more

This place is a gem. We have come here numerous times. We came for their Valentines Dinner special and had an amazing meal. There were a good amount of options. We choose Prime Rib for one meal and fresh catch of the day It was grouper. Came with 2 side. This meal also was accompanied by an appetizer 2 salads and a dessert. The staff was very attentive and the food was top notch. Service was great, [[HIGHLIGHT]]ambiance was okay[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Food was disappointing,out of prime rib and ribeye.

My family checked out this new spot for breakfast & we were not disappointed. The restaurant was a little busy but there are plenty of tables. They have space for bigger groups as well. I'm happy for a new coffee spot in town! The staff were super great to get me a coffee I liked and are reasonably priced. For breakfast, I had the breakfast bowl and it was so good. First, I love a good bowl of grits and these do not disappoint! I snagged a bite of the cheese grits in the dirty bowl and also liked those! Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals and all commented on how much food we each received! The bacon is very thick and crispy. The staff was helpful and attentive. Tasty prime rib at an excellent value on Friday nights. Service was friendly and spot-on.

Stopped in on our way home to Orlando from a day trip to Fort Pierce. We had appetizers of fried shrimp and fried green tomatoes. They were Excellent. We both had the prime rib which was cooked to perfection. It was so much food we left with most of our entrees. Left overs were still tasty the next day. Sandy was our server and she was a joy. I've been to Sacred Ground several times. The restaurant is a family business. The service is fast and the servers are knowledgeable and pleasant. It's almost like an old-time diner. They get a lot of repeat customers. The food is well prepared and fresh. There are several unique items on the menu. The lobster bisque is excellent. The rib eye and prime rib are very good and are large portions. My wife loves coffee, and she raves about the various coffee recipes. Went there on Saturday for breakfast. Ordered the prime rib breakfast burrito and it was absolutely fabulous. One of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. Prime rib was cooked beautifully, au jus was delicious, and they didn't skimp on the portions either. Service was great and everyone that works are extremely polite and happy to be there. You can only order breakfast at breakfast, lunch for lunch and dinner for dinner. I feel like the decor didn't match the vibe they are going for Booth seats are ripped (I hate this so much), cheap carpet and dirty ceilings. Group gathering for dinner. Waitress was great putting up with the end season baseball players heading up north. Everyone chose from Wednesday specials and regular menu. The food arrived all at once hot and tempting. Loved the mozzarella sticks for appetizer and I had the lobster soup and shrimp with grit. Quantity large took some home. My wife and I tried Sacred Grounds for the first time today at the recommendation of friends. We enjoyed an excellent lunch of blackened Mahi Mahi and fries. A cup of the bisque started things off. First when I walked in there were 10 to 12 homemade pies and cakes on display! They are made daily by a chef. My mouth was watering before I got to my table. The wine I ordered was ice cold and it was 2 for 1. I ordered the best lobster bisque I have ever had and chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. My husband ordered the meatloaf. I didn't finish all of mine to try a piece of that carrot cake and OMG so good. I had an amazing latte they make with crème instead of milk and it tasted like a smooth Cuban latte. Sunday is our family go out to have breakfast day. Looking forward to trying a new restaurant specially because it's close to my house. CLOSED. Awwwe. The following Saturday I have my granddaughters so we decide to go. Arrive at 10:45 and we are told by a blond waitress. Sorry we stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Awwwe again. Really new restaurant, empty. You would think they would make an accommodation. Nope. I was disappointed more for the girls than me. Then on Tuesday my husbands day off. I tell him let's go. Finally I get to try the new area restaurant! It was alright, nothing special. I don't think I will return. Sunrise cafe will continue to be my go to place in Fort Pierce. read more

So my experienced today was a little bit limited. I must say that is the best country fried steak I put in my mouth outside of Southern Georgia. It was certainly hand breaded, and just absolutely amazingly tender and perfect! Gravy was comforting and not over peppered. Absolutely disgusting food. It is way too over priced for what it is. The food is clearly frozen nothing is fresh from what we got and we had 8 people there. The waitress had no idea what anything on the menus entailed, which isn't an issue she was probably new. However she said she'd find out and never came back and when she did she just said ok what have we decided on. The inside looks just like Dino's, which I really wish was still around, this place is horrendous compared to Dino's. While we were there you could see back into the kitchen the cook put his hand down his pants to I'm assume itch himself and then touched people food, the table beside us saw it as well, we IMMEDIATELY stopped eating our food and the table beside us declined their entire order and left. This place is so gross, I really wanted to like it but I think it's safe to say we won't be back To the owners - there's a butcher shop down the street maybe consider going there for fresh food instead of serving tasteless frozen food read more

I have to say that this is the best spot I have found in this area. The staff is friendly, owner welcoming, Chef and workers care about the environment and quality. Conch fritters are the best I have had since I left St Thomas in 90.... Meatloaf had flavor, Shrimp and grits are the best, and the Fresh fish and chips was falling off the plate. We were guided here by one of our relatives who lives in the area. The place is only been open for a few weeks and is a coffee bar but also serves breakfast lunch and dinner. I can't comment on their coffee or their breakfast or their lunch but I could tell you that dinner was so good we came back 2 days in a row just to eat the food. Service was wonderful, Rich the owner and both of his chefs stepped out to ask how everything was. I can't recall the name of our server but she was attentive and very pleasant.
