Service is amature at best. 2020 4 runner only serviced @ the dealer. Daughter deployed to Asia, so I am shipping the car to the next base. I removed the skid plate doing an oil change, only to discover that they 'lost' 1 of the 2 the locating spacers. How? There is a sturdy star washer to hold them on, so it must have taken some effort to remove them, Not something that would 'fall off'. What kind of place employs mechanics that throws away parts to a customer's car, then refused to replace the parts when they get caught? I called and asked (both to the Service advisor and Service manger) that they replace the spacers and clips for free. They said the car came from Del Rio Texas, and they think Del Rio must have 'lost' the parts, and that they don't remove the skid plates for oil changes. News flash; in 2020 they did not have an access hole for the filter so the skid plate must be removed for every oil change. Paying the premium cost to have it serviced at the dealer, and they somehow lost and/or did not notice 1 of the spacers was missing? Save the excuses. The best part, the spacers are $20.00 retail; probable $8 their cost. I ended going to my local dealer and buying them. Don't waste your money on service or anything else here, This place is a money laundering operation, not a car dealership. Find yourself a real mechanic; it won't be @ Casa Toyota. read more

Had a car that was 3 years old they were trying to sell at new prices with no warranty. My folks were trying to find something dependable so they looked over at Casa Toyota. Nothing but liars work here. My elderly parents offered a more than fair all cash price for the vehicle and they told them they couldn't accept the offer and then told them the car sold. (It hadn't!) They then sent the car to their lot across town to sell it there. My parents see it again and talk to another sales person and the same exact thing then happened at that dealership. Offered the same price, told they couldn't take it even though it was still giving them a nice profit on the sale, but wasn't the max price the car would sell for. They told them someone else was coming to look at it and then told them it was sold. It's still listed as available on their site! Do NOT deal with these liars at any of the Casa dealerships. If you don't want to accept a deal, that's fine, but quit lying and pretending you have someone else to buy it and that it sold when you just move it from lot to lot! read more

Paid a premium for a non-inspection... Paid nearly $800 for the 30k service which also involves changing oil in the twin differentials (AWD). The oil, which is apparently VERY rare, costs $180. Also was charged for the time taken to 'check and tighten' body bolts... how does one verify that is both necessary and had been done? Major quibble is over being charged for an "inspection"... probably by a 'service' technician who is not qualified to perform routine oil changes! The windshield 'inspection' portion states no chips, pitting or cracks. There is an 18 inch vertical crack on the driver side directly in the driver's line of sight. Agree with others that this dealership is a scam. Avoid it at all costs! read more

On Feb.7, 2025, I returned a Toyota Tundra I had rented from Casa Toyota Alamogordo. Upon inspecting the vehicle ($150 cash deposit), I was told my deposit was being taken because "it smells like weed". I said that's impossible because I didn't smoke in the vehicle. Then another employee came and smelled the vehicle, and he said "it doesn't smell like weed, it smells like hot dog water" and informed me that I could either take the vehicle myself to the carwash or I would forfeit my deposit for a "detailing fee". (I was told I had to rid of the hot dog smell and that the kickplate on the floorboard, where the drivers feet naturally sit, was dirty) When I received the vehicle, it was disgustingly filthy but I didn't want to wait for them to clean it, so I took it how it was and washed it at the carwash myself. So I agreed to take the vehicle to the carwash and clean it myself in order to save my deposit. As I'm sitting at the carwash, the Toyota manager suddenly and creepily appears in front of me and tells he "needs to confiscate the vehicle because he saw me smoking weed on the dealership premises and then proceeded to drive the vehicle intoxicated". I said "that was a cigarette I was smoking". He said "I know exactly what you were smoking", then took the key to the vehicle, leaving me stranded at the carwash without my deposit. I then get a text message from the manager saying that they will no longer rent to me "due to how the last one was returned". I returned that vehicle in better and cleaner conditions than what I received it. They clearly weren't going to give me my deposit back from the very beginning read more

I bought a used vehicle here on November 17th. I was promised an update on the 18th and to have the car by the 20th at the latest as it needed to go through service. I received no call and attempted to call on the 18th myself only to be sent to voicemail. I then attempted to call again on the 20th once again going to voicemail. I stopped by the location in person to ask, finally being told that the vehicle is waiting on parts and with no estimate on time I will get the vehicle. This bad experience and lack of communication has made it very clear that I will not be doing business with this location again. read more

absolute worst dealership on the planet. I just paid 17k for a 2016 toyota corolla on may 14 of 2024. on may 15 i informed them that the front fender keeps popping out. they said that it's just a clip. after driving 600 miles back to my home in az , I noticed the whole length of the back seat cushion had animal stains on it. ( must be why they covered it with a seat cover). the stains will not come out. The moment they get your money is the moment they are done with you. they won't answer phone calls, won't return calls ect. they have no bookkeeping dept so they have no idea where my paper work is. driving now on expired temp plate. keep getting my address wrong after telling them, emailing them and even sent a snail mail with no results. they won't answer calls or call you back when you leave a message. I emailed them ahead of writing these reviews to give them a chance to respond but they did not respond to phone message or email. i don't like to bad mouth business's but the public does deserve a warning. hopefully i can save someone else from the nightmare i am going through. read more

I purchased a pre owned 2024 Honda CRV from CASA Toyota in Alamogordo. Salesman Dale promised me a second key fob, because the vehicle only came with one. After several phone inquiries about that key he started backing up and denying his promise. About 25 days later, when it came close to the expiration date of my temporary license plate I called and left messages with at least 5 people inquiring about the title. Finally, the general sales manager called me. At last the title and the key arrived with my name misspelled and a wrong key fob. They mailed me a correction affidavit. When I was finally able to register my vehicle in El Paso I was charged a late fee and penalty of $117.00. Sam, one of the managers told me he would reimburse me for the late fees incurred and send me a new key, but nothing ever happened! The entire transaction was a nightmare. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. Very unorganized and don't live up to their promises. read more
