My mom's order of pulled pork didn't come out until almost an hour and they got her sides wrong. My mom was also the hungriest out of all of us and I felt so bad. My daughter's kid's meal had the go-gurt out but no replacement offered. The staff was nice but they got the majority of our sides and entrees wrong with the added enormity of the wait. But let's get to the food itself--quality is very good! The pulled pork was the best I've ever tried. Every other pulled pork dish seemed so processed and smushy and drenched in sauce. Their ribs only seemed okay though; my dad found them a bit dry and too blackened but not enough meat on them. Their fries were double fried or something so they were so crunchy and seasoned and delicious. My parents didn't like their coleslaw but I thought their potato salad was not bad. Their side salad minus the cheese was simple but pretty good and refreshing! Love the seasoning! The experience was not great and I would not recommend this place but at least the food and portions were not a disappointment. No one else mentioned this but they also have bible verses everywhere as well as in the sign! Probably to be expected for being in West Virginia but an instant ick factor for me personally.
