We were in West Virginia with family and our dog, and were happy to see they offer a pup cup for dogs. I went with the Blue Panda after some deliberation, but also sampled the Dark Chocolate Raspberry--both were excellent. Portions are generous for the price, and even though my cup looked small, it was still a great bang for the buck. Here's what we had: * Pistachio (cone) * Blue Panda (cup) * Cappuccino Crunch (cup) * Pup Cup (for our dog) Every flavor was delicious, and we'd definitely come back when visiting Fayetteville and the surrounding West Virginia area.

There's a little bit of outdoor seating and a few tables inside but it's mostly to-go. They serve Hershey's brand ice cream and have a large selection, including sugar free and dairy free options! The space is very cute and has lots of fun stickers/posters/decor. Service was fast and friendly! I wasn't wowed by the flavor selection -- it didn't super suit my preferences -- but we did come at the end of the day at the end of the week, so I certainly could've had better luck at a different time. We all wound up with Moose Tracks (vanilla base, fudge ribbon, peanut butter cups) and it was enjoyable, like all Moose Tracks! We were happy and it was a nice way to round out our time in WV. If you're looking for a treat, this is a good option!

I have eaten many a cupcake in my lifetime (and it shows!), and these just weren't up there at the top of my list. They were still good. Just nothing to write home about. The second experience was tonight. An adult was working, and she was very friendly. I suspect she was the owner, although I didn't ask. I chose a different kind of ice cream. The salad was simple with greens, cherry tomatoes and dressing; just the right amount of dressing, wasn't too soggy or dry. Got our food in about 10 minutes. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. There's also a little market with local goods that you can shop for while you're waiting. (The eggs looked especially large and fresh!) The turkey sandwich was sooo tasty and they let me add spinach to it as well. After downloading, and only after downloading the menu, does it state you must order 48 hours in advance....wow. That's something your website designer should probably put on the front page of your site. Or maybe you, as the business owner, should put this on Google. Maybe a door sign for all the average people who think this is an actual restaurant, so they don't get snooty looks when they smile at you. Some of us aren't aware of the odd way your business works. I've lived all over, and I've managed four diamond restaurants. Huge scale casino restaurants, small boutique steakhouses, fifties style diners, etc, and never seen this type of model for a restaurant, small or large. Clearly, people are fans. They seem to do well enough. But as it is nothing they offer that looks so good, unique, or special that I would order 48 hours in advance. Like many of the resturaunts downtown, they give the vibe that you are lucky to get food from them. Instead of appreciating your current AND would be customers. In addition, any negative review that is put on Google is met with the owner doing a sales pitch about their local ingredients and how popular they are among their wealthy clientele. Because that's who their clientele actually is, wealthy locals and wealthy tousits. They don't address the actual issue the customer had in their review or state they will work to remedy it. She uses it as a chance to talk about how great her restaurant is. Obviously, if someone has written a negative review about your business, there is a valid reason you may need to address. Instead of, you know, using it as a chance to self promote.

First and foremost, it is a well used coffee shop. Even though there is a well known national competitor right up the road. There is a steady stream of vehicles in and out throughout the day. Inside, in the coffee portion of the space, it gives definite coffee shop vibes. Couches, armchairs, tables, books, magazines, etc. That coziness could be a big draw on a cold day. I had myself a chai tea latte from here and it was delicious. They are quick with their ordering process and making of the drink. What else is here you ask? Well, let me tell you. There is an ice cream parlor tucked away on the opposite side of the coffee shop. You can enter this through the coffee shop or from the outside entrance on the side of the building. This area, then leads you to another location on the lot. Putt-Putt. Behind the building, there is a miniature golf course built into the hillside. One that is West Virginian history themed.
