Can't figure out how to edit my previous review. However, I wanted to say that Lexi did end up following up with a phone call at 2:11 pm (I didnt speak with her) and she sent an email following and and apologizing. She explained that she was with a young Client who was having a situation that extended into our scheduled time and that she didn't feel right about leaving during that situation, nor did she feel it was appropriate to pull out her phone to contact me at that time. I can understand delays or life happening, but I think she could've just told me that she has a patient who potentially goes over scheduled time or let me know that she would call me between 2-230 or just explain that our call time was more flexible than hard. ANY OF those options would have been fine and I would have understood and it would've been fine. That didn't happen, and I will simply find another service provider. I would assume that Lexi probably does a good job and that maybe you could consider giving her a chance. I need someone who will communicate and be punctual and professional when my money is involved. read more
