Dr. Teigen-Cascade and his staff are highly professional. They really care about their patients and are always very courteous.

They took X-rays and gave me care plan. I came back for a cleaning. (It was NOT a good cleaning) I went back and they only looked at my teeth again did nothing then I went back with my granddaughter and they put me in a chair again and only looked at my teeth and X-rays again and did nothing. I didn't have an appointment that time they said they had a cancellation. I kept getting notices from my insurance company for charges. They were going through my benefits but not doing the work. Very shady. I called my insurance company and told them and they quit paying any claims. I couldn't believe it.

I scheduled in person to be the first appointment on July 2nd and received no less than 3 text messages asking me to confirm my appointment for 8:30am. We waited outside until after 9:00am when a few young women who worked there finally showed up and informed us that their office was closed all week. Why wouldn't their scheduler call to inform us and reschedule? I had made the appointment 2 months prior and he had plenty of time. Grace Family Dental is VERY unprofessional and we won't be back. Happy Kids recommended this place after my two teens aged out (they won't see kids after 14 years of age), I'd rather drive my teens to Vancouver than put up with this. After multiple terrible experiences (all due to scheduling and long waits), we won't be back.

I love that as parents we can be right there every step of they way, which was not our experience at another establishment. They respect requests made by the parent. Today we had Olivia and Daphne helping us out (had 2 kids at the same time/appointment) and was very pleased with their attentiveness!

am very dissatisfied with my sons care at happy kids dentistry. My son had a cap and a few fillings…read moredone at happy kids, months down the line my son had severe pain in the capped tooth. We went back to happy kids to see what the issue was, the dentist looked at it for one minute and said we needed to go to an endodontist as he may need a root canal and he can't do anything with a permanent tooth. We pay out of pocket and have paid happy kids almost $2000 at this point. Weeks later of my son being in pain we finally see the endodontist who says the tooth is alive and we need to go back to Happy Kids to resolve the issue. This time we see another dentist at Happy Kids who can tell the tooth is alive and gives us antibiotics to treat the POSSIBLE issue. It has been almost 2 months between the first appointment and this last appointment. It has been months of my son being in pain, going back and forth between dentists, additional money out of pocket when this could have been resolved if the dentist took the time on our visit in January. Edit: the antibiotics did not work and my son is still in pain.
