In 2022, I had purchased aligners from an online company that ended up going out of business in 2023. Dr. Willis was very caring, explaining the process and monitoring my progress. The day my front tooth was finally capped, he and his assistant worked flawlessly, creating a calming enviornment. He works quickly and efficiently. The day my new cap arrived, it was perfect. Not only have I not been refunded, I still have an active subscription somehow and there is a recurring payment on my credit card that they refuse to remove. When I reach out, manager refuses to respond. Save yourself some hassle. Don't deal with these people.

I didn't have an appointment that time they said they had a cancellation. I kept getting notices from my insurance company for charges. They were going through my benefits but not doing the work. Very shady. I called my insurance company and told them and they quit paying any claims. I couldn't believe it.

Why wouldn't their scheduler call to inform us and reschedule? I had made the appointment 2 months prior and he had plenty of time. Grace Family Dental is VERY unprofessional and we won't be back. Happy Kids recommended this place after my two teens aged out (they won't see kids after 14 years of age), I'd rather drive my teens to Vancouver than put up with this. I then approached the receptionist and asked how much longer it would be. I was told that there had been an emergency and she was unsure. I requested to reschedule. I return for my rescheduled appointment and was almost certain that the tooth in question could not be saved. There was a visible crack in the tooth (shown on X-ray) and the pain and sensitivity identical to the tooth that I had lost next to it. They did a scan which confirmed what I already knew. The quick scan cost over $400. Last Saturday (four months later) I receive a bill from them requesting an additional payment. I asked before I committed to the scan, what my *exact cost would be. They gave me a price, I paid it. I have called their office every day for the last three days. I continue to be assured that I will receive a callback from their billing department. This still hasn't happened. My experience as a whole with this office has not been favorable. Not customer savvy or considerate. I can NOT recommend Pacific Endodontics in any capacity.

Yep, two thousand five hundred dollars. From other reviews, I am not alone. Here's an afterthought: Once a person has retired after working for years, why not think of suicide? Living until you're older is extremely costly, but your body begins to fall apart. Golden years, my backside! It isn't golden, it is rust, oxidation. Not only does one have to deal with the problems of being old, but it is also too expensive even to live. Oh, and I took care of my teeth because I grind and have slowly broken teeth.
