My wife has a compression fracture on her vertabrae. Her physician ordered pain pills for her. We received a text that the pickup was ready. When we arrived we were told that we must but another product in order to get her pain pills. We had to agree to that outrageous demand in order to get her pills. I paid $20 dollars for stool softner, that she does not use or need, so she could have her pain pills. I asked the clerk if the rule was a Federal law. Said no, it was company policy. Cascade used to be an excellent pharmacy but apparently they were either bought out or changed management recently. The phone rings and rings before anyone answers, people always in a hurry on the phone and don't really listen and now it takes up to 5 days for prescriptions to get filled I showed up recently to pick up s prescription they said was ready but when I got there the computers were down and they refused to give me my prescription. I'm a cardiac patient, so going without meds is not an option. read more

I live just a few blocks away - called today to refill my pain Rx. I was told the policy is that I must have 4 additional "maintenance Rx" before they will refill this one. They didn't say this with with previous refills. THEY MUST BE CRAZY! Why would I take 4 meds I don't need just so I can get the one that I do need? Twice I was told, "Maybe you'll want to use a different pharmacy" When I protested, the pharmacy lady said she'd talk with the manager & put me on hold. Then she said the manager is out - so have my Dr. phone in the refill & they'll fill it this one time but next time I'll have to follow the policy. I was told that the doctor always has to phone in the refill. The doctor's office tells me to contact the pharmacy directly. This is nuts. Not happy. read more

Daniella from Cascade Pharmacy went above and beyond for me today, trying to help me get my important Antibiotics transferred over and filled. I was very grateful for her compassion and kindness. The people working in this pharmacy have no customer service skills whatsoever, nor consideration for their customers' situations. I called to get my birth control prescription refilled. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a long time, came back and said your insurance won't allow this to be filled until next Sunday, and we are closed, so you won't be able to pick it up until Monday. I explain that the last day of my current prescription is Saturday and that this will cause me to miss a day of my birth control. She said we can fill it, but you will pay out of pocket for the prescription. When I asked if there was anything they could do, she offered no help, just a rude attitude, and said you can either pay cash for it or find another pharmacy. I called another pharmacy, and they said they can call my insurance to get the prescription filled earlier than Sunday so that I won't miss a day. Having my prescription transferred, and will never use this pharmacy again, as this is not the first time we have had a problem with them, but it will be the last. read more

Really very disappointed with my experience with this pharmacy. I was so hopeful and excited to have a small locally owned pharmacy. But to much dismay it's been awful. First off the staff especially Lily is very rude. Her compassion and customer service are severely lacking, she literally does whatever she wants, if she doesn't like you today no prescriptions for you. I've been hung up on, yelled at and hugely disrespected. They continue to mess around and withhold needed prescriptions. (Like inhalers and heart medications) I cannot express enough how terrible it's been. Been trying to get my fathers inhaler since last Thursday. I called and asked to speak or leave a message with the owner because I really feel like Lily is messing around with our prescriptions and the staff simply will not leave a message for him. As a matter of fact I was hung up on by Cody, he said no the owner never comes in here and hung up. I emailed and called his personal number as well. Still NO RESPONSE. Definitely not a way to run a successful pharmacy that actually cares about their responsibilities as a Pharmacy/Pharmacist. The whole staff needs an over haul. This pharmacy is fine if you aren't on a pain management program. I'm a caregiver and dropped off my clients script that I had picked up from the Dr the script was set to be filled the day B4 I dropped it off. Rosie the manager decided that she believed that my client had already filled this script and called all of the surrounding pharmacies to make sure it had not been filled. It had not been and when she learned this said there was an issue with insurance coverage.Sent a text to my client saying that she could pick up the medication insurance wouldn't cover it and she would have to pay $117. My son has epilepsy and is on three different kinds of medication that have to be ordered every time. Our old pharmacy made us feel like all of it was an annoyance to them and treated his medications like they were Tylenol. We live down the street from Cascade pharmacy and decided to switch.. let me tell you, it's been a breath of fresh air. If his medications will not be in on time, I get a text explaining that- Which is something his old pharmacy never did. It's wonderful. The staff is also fabulous! read more

Sooo very frustrated and angry with Cascade Pharmacy. After bringing my prescriptions there for over 20 years, I got fed up with some of their new policies ( like you have to wait ON THE PREMISES -- you can't do run an errand and then come back and pick up your prescriptions in an hour). So I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to Costco. Costco sent the request for ALL my prescriptions to be transferred ( there's only 4 ). Cascade transferred ONE. Took four days to get a second one transferred. They still have not transferred the other two. Cascade keeps blaming Costco, but Costco keeps the papers from each transferred prescription and showed me that they had not received it. Then, to make matters worse, I had a prescription for Norco. The prescription was made out to Cascade pharmacy so I took it there. They refused to fill it, saying that it was now federal law that I have to have ALL my prescriptions at the pharmacy in order for the pharmacy to fill an opioid prescription. Checked this piece of information with other pharmacies-- And in fact, it is not the law and in fact, it is NOT the law. Grrrrrr. They are certainly not honest. read more

Extremely disappointed. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years & trusting this pharmacy with my entire family's wellbeing. I'm told they will no longer fill my prescription unless I also fill 4 other maintenance medications a month with their pharmacy. This policy not only violates the Oath of a Pharmacist, but is insulting after I've spent years working to eliminate medications with diet and exercise under my doctors care to better my health. This policy is not listed anywhere on their website or information. This policy is not required by the FDA, CDC, DEA or the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, I checked all of them & reported this pharmacy for this policy. My prescription had been filled by Cascade monthly for over 5 years, with no mention of this policy or any other issues. Through my health and wellness battle I have learned that a personal relationship with your pharmacist can save your life, I trusted this pharmacy and sought their advice often. I'm sorry to share, they no longer care about the Oath of a Pharmacist, Cascade no longer considers the welfare of humanity and relief of suffering their primary concerns, they no longer hold themselves to the highest principles of the profession's moral, ethical and legal conduct & above all they do not embrace and advocate changes that improve patient care. It is highly unethical to require a patient to fill non-needed, nor required prescription medications in order to obtain an actual needed prescription. I am moving all my families medications to a pharmacy with a pharmacist who values their oath and patient care. This is no longer that pharmacy. I highly advise you do not trust them with your wellbeing or the wellbeing of those you care about. read more

This use to be the best place in town and even Medford to get your prescription filled. They did all kinds of nice things for their customers. They made sure I had all my medications every month. They were reasonable with prices the put it in a pill pack and delivered for free now if you want that it's nearly 20.00. I'm on disability so I can't do that. Last month they charged me 15.00 this month is 55.00 the customer service is horrible. I got upset because they forgot my most important prescription and the gal at the counter (when I suggested I might go somewhere else) Said okay?? I went to pick up a never before taken Rx with a co-pay of $300.00 for a topical cream at Cascade Natural Health Pharmacy. While in the store I showed a copay coupon specifically for that Rx. I asked if I could use it. The reply was no, that those coupons are not valid or taken. This however I found out later is only true to the Cascade Natural Health Pharmacy. Being naïve generally about Rx. Cascade Pharmacy could have recommended any other pharmacy as nearly each one I called take copay coupons from the manufacture. So long story short instead or recommending me to any other pharmacy. They allowed me to purchase the Rx for $300 instead of the manufactures copay coupon rate of $35. This equaled a $265 loss in savings for me. I will never use Cascade pharmacy again read more

I will never use this pharmacy again. I had a prescription called in by the doctors office and when I went to pick it up hours later, they said they didn't fill it because "people don't usually follow through" on picking up. I have never done that. So I asked how long it would take if I waited, she said an hour. So I said I would make another trip into town the next day to get it, 20 miles each way. When I called the next day to be sure it was ready, they still hadn't gotten it ready. Inexcusable, this is no way to treat your customers! My time is just as valuable as theirs. So instead of supporting a local company, it's on to a chain pharmacy for me! read more

I am saddened, to even be writing this.. I have been with Cascade Pharmacy for SEVERAL years! I will now be moving all of my RX's to another Pharmacy. The employees that use to work there, were so nice and caring. There is nothing but rudeness and argumentative employees. The Manager is the worst! During my sickness with Covid, beginning of January 2022, I had two (2) Medications to pick up. The amount was $86.00 Doesn't seem like much (but is for me) however, I have insurance! I was told that my Doctors Renewal (coverage on this insurance) for the year isn't showing he renewed for the year in their system. I asked if they could call to get a verbal on renewal and manager said "we don't do that" My husband and I were both told by two different employees, that if, we purchase them and keep receipt, that they would reimburse this amount when they show his (Doctor) renewal for the beginning of the year. A week later, after I started to feel better, I went in to show receipt and get money back. The manager, was with an elderly man and was being so mean and rude to him.. that I was just about to say something.. I, decided not to, in fear that would ruin my chances of getting said funds returned...(I truly wish I had) It's now my turn, I explain.. I have receipt and have a copy of renewal date for my Doctor, that I received from billing department at Asante, stating he was covered at the time of filling scripts. She says "we don't refund money on this sort of thing ", I say... I had two of YOUR employees tell me otherwise.. She stated "well they are wrong" Mind you, One of the employees was your Tech guy, I told her. She was mean faced the whole conversation.. Rude and abrupt! I'm still not feeling well and was weak with brain fog at this point..I do say, to her loudly, Then I Suggest You Call a Team Meeting, So EVERYONE is on the same page as you! About two weeks later, I go by to pick up a monthly refill.. the not always so nice lady at the drive thru window says.. We can't fill that, we are out of this medication. (I had gone by there later in the afternoon on my way home from being in Medford). I said, that would have been nice to know ahead of time. She says, "we called and left a message" I then, look at my phone, NOPE NOTHING!! I'm done! I found out yesterday from a friend, that they will no longer be doing the EZY PACK PILL DOSE, which my Mom gets from them. So, they are not just losing myself as a customer, but my Mom as well!! For many many years, there has ALWAYS been a friendly & helpful crew working there. But, that seems to be a thing of the Past! As far as I'm concerned, they stole money $$ from me!!! The staff and service are fantastic! Our family has used Cascade Pharmacy for many years - it has all been good. Today was exceptional! We needed a post-op pain prescription filled and first stopped by a big-box store pharmacy close to the surgery center. We were shocked to hear a 3-hour time estimate. A short drive out to White City and they had us all taken care of in under an hour! Sure, they may have busier days where the wait may be more, but the employees take great care of their customers. No more big-box pharmacy visits for us when Cascade is able to help! If you've never used Cascade, consider giving them an opportunity to impress you! read more

I love this little pharmacy. Not only are they great for prescriptions, but also they stock some wonderful natural products (paraben/phthalate-free cosmetics/lotions/soaps, vitamins, essential oils, homeopathy, etc.) Really appreciate their existence and that I don't have to travel down to Ashland when I need these goods. don"t go to cascade pharmacy!!!!! i called ahead to make sure they had the two prescriptions on hand,this was on sat.before easter.tod them i needed them on wed.i was told they had them and i did not need to transfer since i had written scrips.i arrived on mon.right when they opened,first in line to drive up.they took my husbands i.d.and his insurance cards.i got home to medford and my husband called and.said go back,they said we had to trans. at least 4 scrips!!!!!!! he is a vet so gets all but these two from the v.a they did not tell me this when i called,when i arrived back to cascade i was told they don't do compound meds.!!!!! my husbands meds. are not compound so got two stories!!!! had to make two round trips to white city,we will never do business with this weird co.phofphpharmanever h read more

My favorite thing about this pharmacy is that they deliver within a 7 mile radius. I live in medford and I hate having to wait around after seeing my dr for meds. Now I just use the drive they and drop my prescription off then go home. I also love the meds-on-demand. They can package all my daily meds so I never miss one or take the wrong dosage. read more
