Had my new-to-me car for less than a week when I was rear-ended. I came into Cascades Auto Body for an estimate and was able to get my car in the following week for repair. Customer service was great and the team did a fantastic job fixing the damage to my back bumper, trunk lift door, etc, etc. Drop off and pick up was easy, there is a rental car company directly behind the shop for added convenience. I can't speak to the pricing because the other driver's insurance covered it which means I cared 0% about how much it cost. Drop car off to have my 911 trim piece around the rear spoiler painted. When i got car back the piece had dirt and bubbles in it. - Four days. No Quality Control. Took car back. Had them correct and paint spoiler to match newness of the trim piece. - Two weeks. They painted spoiler the wrong color. No Quality Control Picked up Car - Five days. When they parked car they drove over parking stop and tore rubber spoiler (new) attached to front spoiler. I just LEFT! Note: I HAD used them many times prior to this!!! read more

I have used Cascades Auto body in the past for repair work, and was plenty satisfied either their work. But since that time they have made an AI bot the customer facing interface. I've been trying for 3 months to get an appointment set up. The voice AI just talked in circles. The Internet based AI was initially responsive and initially got my to a live human being, but now the bot based bot won't even return my messages. I give up. I guess i need to go elsewhere since i can't seem to make it through the AI bots that this company has put as the customer facing interface. read more

Had a small misalignment on my car door (A-pillar for the hinge ended up being out of place). After getting my chain yanked by other auto body shops who recommended significant and unnecessary work (replacing door and hinges), my mechanic recommended Cascades, saying that they were extremely honest and wouldn't yank me around or try to upsell me. It's true!! They took a look, identified the misalignment, and fixed the problem within about 15 seconds flat. I hope I don't need actual auto body work in the future, but if I do, then I trust these folks to give me an accurate diagnosis without trying to upsell me with expensive and unnecessary repairs. read more

I can't say enough about the customer service, professionalism, and most importantly, quality of work, that we now have received TWICE from Cascades Auto Body. First with my daughter's Prius, and now with my Tesla. Lily is their Tesla expert, and she quickly provided a fair and fast estimate. They had me in the shop in no time, and my car was barely there a week. I even asked Lily if they could buff out an issue on another bumper, and they threw that in. You just don't see service like that very often anymore. Last but far from least, Bill, the production manager, I later learned was the person who expedited the repair of my car upon learning my wife had a health condition that required my driving her to appointments fairly frequently. Our car was hit from behind with $4,000 worth of damage. The repair was scheduled and completed 2 weeks after we contacted Cascades. The repaired car looks amazing! Really nice job. Our advisor, Elijah, kept us very well informed all throughout the repair work. Additionally, he was very responsive opening an additional repair, at our expense, to replace a stained door appliqué which was completed in just a few more hours. Very pleased. I had come in for my front bumper to be fixed a few months ago, and had an overall bad experience. not only did they NOT keep communication with me (i would call and they'd tell me they'd call me back and never did - reached the right person on the phone maybe twice) but they had broken my horn in my car while fixing my bumper and i had only found out months later when i failed my safety inspection and had to pay $400+ for them to fix a horn that was working before I had taken my car here. overall unsatisfactory staff and service. wouldn't recommend at all. read more

Very disappointed that they stole out of my car band new things that still had reciepts inside. dress was worth $155 and the hiking shoes that my boyfriend gave me on Christmas was $165. When I mentioned they said that nobody would take items. Do you think someone will not notice something so expensive and sentimental. I am very upset. The shop took 2 and a half months to fix car and still not done well. You can see paint drips in front of tires. Backup camera is not installed properly. Also, paint is not done properly inside trunk. They told someone forgot to close windows and it rained inside and they waiting for it to dry and that just water and not a big deal. read more

To be clear, I do not have any complaints about the actual work done on my car. The customer service at Cascades Auto Body is some of the worst I have experienced from any business. They do not keep customers informed and do not even keep all their employees informed. Anything they tell you, you should double check because it probably isn't true. You will get your car back and it will be fixed. Questions like when and why and how? Don't expect answers to them. Here's what happened: I brought my car in on August 15th for minor repairs to a mirror and door. That was a Thursday and I was told to expect the car by Friday afternoon, August 16th. I called on the 16th, they said to try back on Monday or Tuesday (19th or 20th). I call on Monday (leave a message) and again on Tuesday. Tuesday I am told they need glass to replace a window. Note that I am the one who made all these calls, at no point did anyone attempt to contact me. I stop by to get something from my car on the 22nd and I am told it will be ready for pickup on the 23rd. It is not ready on the 23rd. I call again on Monday, the 26th. Left message, no call back. On Tuesday, the 27th I call at 9:00 AM, the receptionist says the computer is down and asks if she can take my number. I will get a call as soon as it is back up, nobody calls me back. I call back at noon and the same receptionist says that the only person who knows anything about my car is Sandy. Sandy has not left notes of any kind, according to the receptionist, and Sandy is at lunch. I am once again told that Sandy will call as soon as she returns from lunch. Sandy does not call me. I call again at 4:00 and now I am pretty annoyed. That last call, when they have had my car for 12 days with no updates and no calls (I initiated every discussion about the status of my car), I finally got to speak to The Great and Powerful Sandy. Sandy had good reasons why my car took so long to repair. I told her that the way to prevent the angry phone calls would have been to keep me informed of the process as it moved forward. Sandy said she had kept my insurance company and the car rental company informed. This was not true, either. So they were not honest about returning phone calls or about contacting my insurance and car rental. I don't know if the reasons I was told about why my car took so long were true, and I never will. They failed to even attempt to keep me informed over the, in the end, 14 days they had my car. The work is holding up for now, but it was only just completed so who knows. read more

This is an updated following the near heart attack when I got this particular estimate and when I was able to view this with another body shops estimate side by side. I appears based on the write up they may use the same type of system for developing estimates based on estimate work hours required to complete a particular job. I'm sure someone in the insurance industry had a hand in developing this. At any rate there were several differences found which really caused me to question the quote. On my write up they were going to do some sort of work on the rear door too and there wasn't damage there and that was not the part I wanted repaired anyways. At any rate I was not pleased at all besides the price but also the other work which I did not indicate at all that I wanted repaired. The staff was friendly enough, but just given my concern over the projected cost I'm not going to be bringing my car here at all. read more

I don't know how their body repair service is but they did a good job of installing a hood deflector for me. My email for a quote was responded to quickly, they were able to fit me in the same day, and they charged significantly less than the car dealership wanted to install the hood deflector. I really appreciate Cascades Auto Body's service and fair pricing. read more

I've had two cars in to Cascades Auto Body within the past six months and left happy with the service and the quality of the work both times. One was for repairs on a Lexus IS 250 door and rear quarter panel from a sideswipe, the other was extensive repairs to an Audi A4 after a tree fell on it during a severe storm. In both cases, the damage consultant, Tillman, kept us informed as to the status of the repairs (both via phone calls and regular text messages). He made sure we were happy with work, which is guaranteed for the life of the car. On the Audi, we returned the car once after receiving it to have a small scratch and a hole in the leather repaired, which had been missed the first go-round. The body shop made the follow-on repairs at no extra cost, did so quickly, and detailed the car before I picked it up a second time. All in all, I couldn't have asked for better or more conscientious customer service. read more

Disappointing experience which really spoke to the level of customer service, or lack thereof. I am a repeat customer and was given an estimate that was represented on the high end of what the cost would actually be. Had a follow up discussion with the estimator about keeping costs down and she recommended considering after market parts which I agreed I would do. Job was finished with no follow-up and actually above the original estimate. Was not contacted during the process about the aftermarket parts and was told afterwards that they were close to the same price as the OEM parts, which I could not confirm or refute. Estimator agreed to look at the final bill to see if they could make an adjustment especially since the cost was above the original estimate and I was a repeat customer. That was not done either and I won't be back as a result of this experience. read more

Cascades Auto Body has done great body work on my Honda several times after collisions. I would highly recommend using them since they are convenient, friendly, timely, keep you informed and honest. They fix your car right the first time, unlike some other body shops. They work with your insurance too. Talk about convenient, they also have a Enterprise Rent-a-Car in their back lot which means you don't need to be without a car while your car is in the shop. check with your insurance to see if they cover the rental car as well. read more

My car door was off alignment due to the severe wins we had today and it blew open and shifted. I found a referral online that said they did great work and were very good and honest. I went in and the guy took a picture while I stayed inside and finished filling out paperwork. He came in and said he took the picture and the information and he would send me an email with an estimate later on that day. I ran a few errands took my child to breakfast and went back home and waited and waited and waited I had to call him at around 2 o'clock to find out the status and all he kept saying to me was check your email please verify that he had the incorrect email address and he said he would resend it. I waited another 10 minutes and I called back and I said can you please verify my email again because I still did not have the email estimate and I asked if he could just tell me what the cost was over the phone he said just checked your email give it some time. I still waited and I called back and asked him can you just tell me the price he hesitantly said oh OK and told me it was $210 and to drop my car off on Monday and it would be an all day process I had no other options so I said OK I emailed him back asking him if the labor hours were less with that then change the price of the "he said no. Since I was not happy with how I was being treated because he was very nonchalant and did not seem to care at all I called caliber collision and took them my vehicle and in five minutes they fixed the problem and did not charge me at all. Shame on this company for trying to take advantage of a five minute problem with 3 1/2 hours labor and parts that were totaling $33 read more

There was an issue with my tire that caused me to bring it back in, and the service managers were very responsive, and they easily and willingly fixed my problem at no cost (and the problem with the hub assembly/wheel stud was not a cheap one to fix). How is this place so casual about not providing acceptable customer service. The repair quality was okay, the customer service and actually FINISHING the job was so upsetting. They did not call me for any updates, they gave me attitude, and when I spoke up finally they ignored me. The second is because enterprise is in the back of their location. This establishment refused to fix the damage I came to them with( quarter panel) saying this panel has been repaired before so we won't touch it. Also, the work they did on my back bumper was ok.. but they did a really bad job pushing the rear impact reinforcement back to its original spot, where I had issues closing the trunk.. I complained to them about this. And I had to leave my car over weekend so they can fix the bad hon they did. Would I use their services again?! Nope. read more

I recently took two cars here due to smoke and soot damage from a house fire. When I called the staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to make an appointment to drop our cars off the next day. When we picked up the cars, they were in excellent condition! We were so surprised to find that the detail work actually added value to our cars. Everything including the engines were spotless and we were so grateful that the cars were completed in such a short time. Overall I found my experience with this shop to be wonderful. The cost was fair based on the work that was done and I felt very informed during the entire process. I felt that the staff was very knowledgeable and the office was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who lives in the Loudoun County area since the location is easy to get to and the staff is easy to work with. read more

I've never had to go to a body shop before, but a tree limb fell onto the hood of my car last weekend and I brought it in for an estimate. But the guy who was supposed to do the estimate was astonishingly rude and snide to me (I wish I knew his name). He also told me he couldn't do the estimate because the car was soaking wet (it was raining) and he acted like I should have known that they can't do estimates when the car is wet. He also was extremely impatient with my general lack of knowledge on how this process works, and really seemed almost angry. I am going to a different body shop to get my car repaired. read more

Wrost place to take your car, at first they were really nice and as soon as I called Norma asked me for my claim number so she can help they work with insurance companies to save them money not u I was rear ended and had a dent on top of were I had the most impact cacades told the insurance it as not caused by the accident. I brought my car to Cascades Auto Body after an accident. They were able to take my car as soon as I showed up, and they worked directly with my insurance company, so things went really smoothly. They did a great job on the car, even touched up some other minor dings and dents that were not part of the accident. Having the inside cleaned out and the windows washed was a nice surprise when I got it back. Fairly fast, only four days from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I didn't have to cover the bill since the accident was not my fault, so I am not sure how their prices compare to others. Would recommend to others looking for body work. read more
