This was a nightmare experience. Received estimate and dropped car off for 2 weeks. Got one email and the price was now over $2000?more than original estimate VERY poor communication. Was promised vehicle would be completed Wednesday then Friday. Left eArly from vacation to pick up vehicle on Friday only to call and sone days it's not done?? AFTER an email was sent saying that it would be?????No updates that it would not be done. They kept trying to postpone until after Monday. Said that they would call. No calls. I will not recommend this auto body to anyone. Do not use Tara as your estimator. She goes on vacation and doesn't follow up Doesn't even put her out of office so you know that she's not there to contact?? What kind of business does this??? read more

I took my car here twice after being rear-ended twice and both times they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them. The front desk is very prompt and courteous. The reps walk around your vehicle before and after then kindly escorts you to Enterprise next door. When they returned my car they were wonderful and had vacuumed it out! I have used this body shop several times over the years. The most recent visits to the shop have left me very disappointed and regretting my decision. I chose them based on the recommendation from my USAA auto insurance company. When I picked my car up, there were two items left untouched (items were included in the insurance estimate); there is a distinct strong odor of chemicals in the interior; a white powdery residue inside and they left a gummy residue on the control panels. There was no care taken for he interior of my car - and given the fact that two items were overlooked on the repairs, I cannot help but question their overall quality control. Great place! Cascades Auto Body was recommended to me by my mechanic and it was an awesome recommendation. I had to deal with a horrible insurance company just to get my car fixed which was a nightmare. Heather was amazing and dealt with them for me to get everything approved then the repairs were done in a couple of days plus my car looks good as new. It is an extreme rarity that I write a review, but my experience with this business definitely warrants one. I don't understand a lot of the reviews provided here. I have taken my cars to this business for repairs on multiple occasions. In each instance, their quotes were more than competitive, the work was done expediently, and the quality of the work was excellent (I could not tell that any damage had ever happened to the area of the car they worked on). The people in their office are extremely kind and easy to work with. Within the past week, I took a car in with minor damage. Like another shop I took it to for an estimate of the same, they could have just said you need to have the part removed, smooth out the damage, and repaint the part in order to try and get the most money out of the deal. Instead, they advised that I didn't do that and alternatively try to remediate just the damaged area itself for a lot less money. To that end, they expressed a kindness in assisting with that repair that they absolutely didn't have to do nor would I have ever expected. And I don't personally know any of the people that work there. It would not be fair for me to state in an open forum what that kindness was as everyone would go there expecting the same. I will just say that you very rarely see a business display such altruism in this day in age. These are good people who clearly care about their customers. read more

I have used Cascades twice and have to say upfront that the first experience was great. Not sure what happened this second time but it was a bad experience. The work on the car was good and quickly completed. The front office staff is very nice and professional. My main concern was with the service rep who keeps the customer informed on the repair and the insurance process. The guy I had does the USAA claims and he was unprofessional and sometime even rude . Not a single update I got from him was correct. The texting update was so inaccurate that the rep told me to ignore the updates! Why do you send them? A key part of the repair was not even assessed as requested by me and my insurer. I don't envision using them again if I have to deal with a service rep like him. I also notified my insurer (USAA) to take them off the preferred client service list for USAA members. read more

I have had body work done at this faculty on a few occasions and was happy. Which is why I went back. But I was always able to drive in and get an estimate. No longer. You have to have an appointment. Ok. But there's a week wait and they don't take any appointments after 330. We'll I work full time and this doesn't work. I'll find somewhere else to go. I was rear ended and instead of letting my insurance co tell me where to take my vehicle I researched many area body shops and decided to go with Cascades for repairs. They are very professional at first...but once they have your vehicle it stops there. The repairs needed were minor, and should have taken a day or two to complete. It appears Cascades takes on way too many jobs than they can handle and as a result they kept my vehicle for 4 days. The worst part...they tried to charge me the insurance deductable even though I was not at fault for the accident and my insurance co even wrote it on the estimate that there would be no deductable. Being 5PM on a Friday afternoon, it took some quick skill to line up a representative on the phone from my insurance co to speak with the rigid and uncaring "service rep" at Cascades to allow me to take posession of my vehicle. If it had been a few minutes later my insurance co would have been closed and I would have been stuck without a car for the weekend. The attitude at Cascades seemed to be "its your problem not mine." They do decent body work, but they take on way too many jobs and as a result take way too long to complete repair. You can do better somewhere else. Look around, get referrals, etc. Hope this helps. read more

I have had 4 cars repaired by Cascades in the last 15 or so years and they have always done an outstanding just. Especially with the older cars and paint match up. I have always been treated fairly and have even had second estimates buy other shops that just never matched up to Cascades estimate. read more

I received a quote to have some work done to get some dings and painting done on my hood and fender. I was quoted $1600. When the person asked me if I would like to make an appointment, I said no way. I'm not an automotive body expert, but that estimate floored me. Well, I went to another reputable body shop and was quoted half of that estimate for the SAME WORK!!!!!!!!!! Two words... SO WRONG!!! read more

Check the condition of your car good, and document it, before you visit this place. We took our car to Cascades Auto Body to have repair work done to the rear hatch. When we picked the car up the wind shield was cracked. There were no cracks or dings on our wind shield when we dropped our car off. Not only have they refused to repair the wind shield, they also told us to leave their shop and not come back. Not a problem, as we would not go back to them even if they were the last auto body repair business on the planet. read more

Took my wife's car to Cascades after a a deliver truck (bumper) put a nice square dent in her car. Cascades work and service was fantastic. Paint match was right on. It was basically impossible to tell where the repair had been done, even close up. Highly recommended. Very professional outfit. read more

I had a rear-end collision and the other driver's insurance covered the repair. These folks were on the insurance recommended list and did an outstanding job all around. Customer service was super, staff was friendly and professional. The car was towed to their garage and I dropped by to sign a few papers. The sent text/voicemail every day to update status and delivered 5 days early. All I did to pick up the car was drop off my rental car next door (very convenient, also great customer service) picked up the keys and drove away. I checked the car out thoroughly: driving, external appearance, crawled under, checked tire and rear storage compartments. After a rear end collision, I can't tell it's not a new car. I recently had a repair made at Cascades. They were wonderful. Heather was terrific when I went to get my estimate. She was very compassionate and kind. Then, when I went to have the work done, I worked with Tillman. He was such a pleasure. He explained everything to me and was very patient. He walked me through the entire insurance company procedure and answered all of my questions. My car was repaired on time and is better than new! Go someplace else!!! They have had my car for 11 working days and counting. I am paying for a rental and it originally sat there for a week. When I asked I was told the part was coming in today. The next day I was told the part would be there on Monday. I took the car back and brought it back 2 weeks later after they told me the part was there. They have had it a week since then and I was told today another 4 days. According to Insurance this should have been done in 5 days. If I hadn't contacted them or stopped by, I wouldn't know what was going on. Now I am getting attitude from them for asking what is taking so long. read more

If I could I would rate this place a 0! I came here after my accident a couple months ago and the total damage came out to around $10,000 for my '06 TSX. It took almost 2 months for them to fix my car since they kept "finding" additional issues to fix. I finally get my car back after all the issues they kept on finding. I was more than happy to reunite with my car until when I drove out the parking lot and my VSA light came on. I was a bit irritated since I thought my car was all fixed. I wanted a more professional business to look at my car so I took it to Acura and they told me I might as well sell my car since my steering rack was leaking and it would be around $2,000 to fix. I was more than outraged when I was informed. I took my car back to Cascade and they claimed "it's a wear and tear thing" First off, I did not have an issue with my steering rack before my accident since I did get an inspection done a week ago before the accident. I told them that as well and they kept trying to avoid fixing my car, I called my insurance company and they told me to take it back to Cascade to get it fixed. NO WAY! I told them the issue and I demanded to go to another shop to get it fixed. My car should have been totaled, Cascade is a greedy business that is dishonest. I would never come back nor recommend this shop. $10,000 worth of "repair" Cascade should have fixed my car! Can't believe I went here. What a waste of my time and money. read more

I LOVE this place and cannot say enough good about it! I was going to go elsewhere but my insurance agent actually recommended them. There were many conveniences, one in particular, Enterprise Rental Car is right there in the same building so it was so easy to drop of my car and pick up a rental without having to walk more than 50 feet. They continually kept me updated as to the status of the repair and not only did they do a great job, but when I picked up the car, they had washed it inside and out! Finally, customer service is alive and well here. The receptionist who helped me from scheduling the appointment to checking out was such a delight, and I was able to simply leave the rental keys with her - didn't have to bother taking the car back. She returned it and Enterprise called me to let me know the car was turned in and all was well! I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend them. P.S. They also dealt directly with my insurance so there was no work for me there either! read more
