I tried to understand exactly why I had to sit in my car in 86 degrees stranded for over 7 hours, especially If your so short handed & you can't meet the needs of the area for out of town folk like myself. Then, someone should sub contract or look for more realistic options for to meet customer needs?! AAA called 6 companies were called & one independent showed up finally around 11Pm. Thank goodness because I may have had to sleep in my car until the AM, when Carl said he'd be able to tow me 69miles home. If your a 24hr Tow company then I want to cancel your contra with AAA, because you left me along side a Hwy because you didn't want to do it. I think AAA doesn't pay well & that affects your motivation to help others in dire need of assistance. She made it seem like a huge hassle to go from Shoreline to Edmonds, even though she wasn't the one that would be driving. Then, I gave her my phone number so that the driver could call when he got here and she said, "K," offering no more explanation even though I had a few more questions, and hung up. For a stressful day, she made it much more stressful and sucky. Luckily, the driver showed up in about half an hour. I didn't think he was coming because she was so uncommunicative. But he was GREAT! His name is Ben and he was so helpful, kind and understanding. He made the last bit of the ordeal so much better. He even talked to the dealership for me. I can't express how much I appreciate his help. As for price, it was very reasonable. Overall, it was really just the receptionist that was frustrating. But it really set the tone for the rest of the day. Ben turned it right around though.
