This company is apparently in the business of improperly towing vehicles from private residents simply to charge an exorbitant fee from unsuspecting individuals. At least two vehicles (to the best of my knowledge) have recently been seized by Reliable Towing in the city of Lynnwood, and even when approached by the owner (of the vehicle) prior to removal, they are uncooperative and unprofessional. Furthermore, they are charging nearly $500 to release the car(s). I would highly encourage the authorities to investigate this company's business practices. read more

I got a locally-owned company who got to me in 30 minutes, which even after tip, was $100 less expensive (55 mi tow). Here is my experience: we were having a rough day of our car being stolen. We were informed by the police that it was recovered by this towing place and that they will give me a call about what I can do to get our car. We didn't receive a call so we decided to drive there and speak to someone in person. I do apologize that we showed up after hours that is our fault on our end, we just assumed it was open since the gate was open and people were there. My boyfriend was on the phone while I was in the office asking questions about charges on the invoice. I believe he was a manager named Mohammed, he yelled at me and continued to interrupt me while I was just trying to ask questions. I asked about the after hours fee since we were never contacted by them and he told me that they do not call people and instead send a letter out. He showed me the letter with the incorrect address and told me that it wasn't his problem. They were going to charge me almost $700 to take my car out when it was only there for 2 hours and then an extra $100 everyday. I could not pay for it with my money instead and it to be my boyfriends card. I understand rules are rules but don't yell at me and interrupt while my boyfriend is not around to hear. I was not trying to cause any problems or to pick a fight I just wanted my questions answered. He kept telling me it's not his problem that the cops told me that they said he would give me a call. I told him he should let the police office know so they understand their policies and would not have an issue like this again. I would've left a more happy customer if I was not treated the way I was. His demeanor completely changed when my boyfriend was around. He did not explain any of the forms we signed as well. Good luck!!! Got set up with these guys through my insurance company. Insurance company notated I would not be with my car and the keys would not be onsite. Around 12:10 I was told they would be at the location in about 60 mins. At 2:30 (an hour and a half after promised) I get a call from the tow truck driver telling me he needed the key. I advised the work order instructions and he say "look here, they didn't tell me that". I explained that this was no way to speak to a customer. If he needed the key he would have to wait 15 minutes for me to get there. I arrive. No one was there. I call their "office" and was told he had to leave. They would call me back to let me know when he would return. Flash forward 30 minutes. Still no call. I'm still waiting. Called again was told I'd get a call within 2 minutes. No call. 5 minutes later I call back and was told he would be back after driving to Everett then Snohomish. Couldnt even give me even a timeframe. The office also told me that he didn't have to wait. (Even though my insurance confirmed the details of my pick up were submitted to them). I asked if I should just call my insurance and ask for another provider. I was cut off by them saying "yeah,yeah,yeah I think that would be best, bye" and hung up. If you like customer service. Stay away. Ruined my whole day. Everyone in this life just needs to remember that a little respect goes along way. I hope that their company takes this as a learning lesson and provides better customer service to all. read more

Early this morning, my brother called to have his vehicle towed due to a flat tire to have his car towed a certain location. The tow truck driver shows up with someone who accompanied him that was not of the company. Furthermore the driver hooked his vehicle up to the tow truck and leave the car running, my brother then asked him as he proceeded to tow his vehicle was he supposed to leave the vehicle on the driver than advise him. Yes he is. He's knows what he's doing with the knowledge that my brother knows that he's never had a car tow while it was running he asked once again, and the driver explained to him. Yes, he supposed to keep the car on while towing the vehicle. Once they made it to the location where the car would be left, I Brother charge the vehicle off then he turns it back on the car starts, but it gives the notice of malfunctioning. We then proceeded to call the company and informed them that his car is now having a malfunction signal. So we call the company to inform them of this malfunctioning signal and not only were they not professional they were hanging up in our face and giving us the runaround and now my brothers car is just in the malfunctioning state it's not being handled properly or professionally by the company This is the worst experience ever had with any towing company. I tried to negotiate a parking lot tow agreement with a large, local towing company. They were extremely rigid with their unilateral agreement which they were unwilling to negotiate. Plus it would take days to go through their process and get a car towed from our property. Road Rescue was recommended to me by Everett Towing (Everett Towing doesn't do impounds). I called Joseph at Road Rescue. He met me within an hour with a simple, one page agreement that was simple for me to agree to and sign. Do not use this company. This is the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. I called for a tow truck for my limousine explain to them how big my limo was told them what kind of flatbed I needed for it. I was assured that they had it I paid for the tow truck $435 and change. After waiting for almost 2 hours when I was told it was only going to be 20 to 35 minutes of a wait. Then They informed me that they don't have a truck big enough to tow my limo and then proceeded to refund my money and tried to charge me $19 and change for a processing fee just to get my money back, which is outrageous I believe if you don't cancel the tow truck and they do cancel on you that you shouldn't have to pay them anything specially when they tell you yeah we have a tow truck and then two hours later we don't have one so I end up having to pay nine dollars because they said they waived the fee which I'm sorry I paid nine dollars to get my money back that's still a fucking fee absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. read more

He was on his phone the entire time.......i tried to talk to him & he told me to hold on b/c he was on the phone. It was unprofessional & rude. He also told me it'd be cheaper if I paid cash, but I wasn't informed that there was extra charge for debit when I called the tow truck. So I found an ATM. The dude didn't have any change on him, but he was insisting I pay cash? So he asked me to go run into a store and get change for a 20$. YOU wanted me to pay cash, but you didn't have change ?! What?? And you tell me to run inside and get some ? No, YOU should've got the change. I was so pissed off so I didn't even get my change. I wanted to be done with the whole thing. I have now used Road Rescue towing for more than just a flat tire. I have used them when my old Q7 broke down and more recently when my new Q7 was hit in an accident. I have to say that I am still very happy with my experience. I have met two of their drivers, both very professional and both times they showed up extremely fast to help me out, faster than my given wait time estimate. The first tow they did for me was when my car broke down in the summer heat. The driver came to my rescue promptly. He maneuvered the tow truck efficiently in the gas station parking lot. He had my car up on the tow truck in no time at all and was on his way the Audi dealership. The second tow they did for me was when my car was hit, at night. Again they came to my rescue fairly fast so that I was not stuck in the dark alone waiting. By the time the state patrol had finished up the police report and left they were pulling up to help me. They towed my car to my house no problem. Once I arranged to have my car fixed at a body shop I called them back to schedule for them to come tow it again. Do not let this company tow your vehicle unless you want to repair it afterwords. I am having an issue with a service provided by a driver,Igor,last week. My mother in law had her truck towed to my shop for repairs. Upon arrival, I inspected the vehicle at the points that the driver hooked to. He mistakenly hooked onto both front cv axles of the truck and completely ripped the boots and the j hooks came in contact with the cv axle bearings. He assured me he would take care of it. I have sent him pictures and cost of what it would be. To follow up John, the manager was yelling at me to explain why it was not possable then proceded to criticize mechanical ability. Yet I am a customer. Worst company ever. His driver Igor blazingly lied and John is also a liar.
